Worst service ever

Waste of money I'm at the hotel now having paying the level service with outeage not air conditioner and not even a compensation for this bad service. Don't waste your money coming interference of enjoy you get even more stress.

Going over and beyond to make our stay stupendous.

I would like to compliment the whole staff for their attention to detail, going over and beyond to accommodate us. Nancy and Alislades in the kitchen are worth extra mentioning; as well as the beach team especially Daniel, Tommy and Yuri. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. We will see you again soon.
