Recently returned from our trip to Melia International Adults Only plus being our first trip to this resort out of many trips to Varadero.First Impression was a wow.Beautiful resort.Adults only was fantastic from great service to good food.We've been to Cuba quite a few times and never had any issues with food.We enjoyed a few of the A la Cartes and enjoyed them all.The Beach was probably the nicest we have experienced in Varadero.Also great service at the beach. Really enjoyed our breakfast every morning next to the pool.Im a maritimer and would like to see toast available for breakfast that not being a complaint would like to see it added. Enjoyed the entertainment at night either at Blue or Red bar.They had some great talent. Will we back....most definitely and will stay on Adults Only side again.Til next time and hopefully sooner than later.

Hotel and beach were both great! Emanuel was the best, provided amazing customer service! Check in was easy and the location is great too!

Drinks are watered down and have no flavour. Food was really good at the dinner buffet. We didn’t get sick and the kids ate a lot. There is a wide variety of seafood and meats, best i have experienced in Cuba. But the buffet can get repetitive so try the a la carte restaurants. The service was really good, my only complaint was the room cleaners don’t do a very good job. When we arrived the sheets smelled like they hadn’t been changed, our pillow case was dirty and the sheets had makeup stains. The night shows are late in was hoping for a show right after dinner but couldn’t make it to any of them. I recommend the hotel to have a designated smoking area because there were people smoking almost everywhere and it was very annoying. Water pressure was amazing and there was always hot water and electricity. The snack bar food is terrible, the pizza was terrible and the sandwiches were a joke. I recommend the hotel to upgrade the snack back menu and serve better quality food. The hotel was not cheap, so i was expecting better quality food at the snack bar but most of it was inedible and had no flavour.

i stayed here before the renos (2010 ish) and after: it's a completely different world now. the rooms are modern and the pool side is fancy, with various bars, coconut and pineapple drinks, hammocks, and canopy beds. & the service is excellent: as a guest, there is nothing you lack. both the pool and the beach are packed with activities that are not only enjoyable, but also bring people together. shout out to felix: he brings so much energy to the events that it's difficult not to participate. trust me, a random stranger on the internet, and stay at internacional: it's worth the money

Amazing location, very clean resort and friendly, helpful staff except this woman bartender on the second floor bar over the pool, rude B.
