The best experience ever ,we have been here before,and still same good experience ,rooms are really confortable,best service of the maids,beach is so beautifull as everyone told me,food increíble,but the most i loved was the entertainment shows,i will definively come back,best costumer services all the time

Great service and attention from the staff, security food. Margarita, Kandy, Bebe entertainment staff, bar service staff Yudiel, Talia, Roxana, Jessika, Jennifer Amada, Laden, Yania, Dianelys, Leannes Onelio, security Alexander, Michelle, So many to mention

Definitely the best restaurant in the resort is the Casa Nostra. The food is great but the staff is the greatest part of the restaurant. Claudia and Amanda are great spirits. They serve an amazing red wine from Chile it’s to die for. Have the Diavola Pizza it’s very good. Last advice, if you want to make your vacation memorable definitely upgrade to the LEVEL a must.

The beach and sunsets were magical. We upgraded to the level and it was ?? worth it. We sat on our balcony and listened to live music from the most talented musicians and singers. Our concierge named Yanara was so lovey and helped us plan a trip in a private car to go to Havana for the day. Jordan was fabulous and had us so interested in the history and art that enveloped this beautiful country. The food was delicious and we had many restaurants to eat from. We were spoiled and very much love this hotel. I highly recommend the Level experience. It’s also only a 10 minute walk to Varadero. However, everything you need is here. Especially the gorgeous spa!!

1st Time in Cuba, to the Mélia Internacional. Very nice big and clean resort. Staff are great. Beach is wow ?? If u need help to reserve restaurant or planning something Yanara Herrera was the best. Wonderful customer service and she been a great help to our group (family and friends) hard worker and she does it with love and passion……she was a plus to my journey. Thank you so much ??Yanara ?? for all that you have done. Until next time for sure.
