Hearing horror stories of other Cuban hotels this one truly exceeded our expectations The hotel was nice, the food was good and the coffee was fantastic. The service was outstanding, special mention our cleaning lady “Yasselin” working the 7th floor. The only issue was getting clean towels for the beach. This was hit or miss issue daily.

Just came back from Melia International. Had a fabulous time, we did upgrade to the adult only level and it was worth every penny . Everything is first class . The concierge Dyana was excellent and arranged a classic car trip. You need reservations for the restaurants , but again worth doing. Food at the restaurants were better than we expected. We will definitely book again

?????????? A Place That Truly Feels Like Home – Melia Internacional This was my third or fourth time returning to Melia Internacional, and it continues to hold such a special place in my heart. This time, we were lucky enough to bring friends along and share the experience with them and it was so meaningful to see them fall in love with this resort too! The views are absolutely breathtaking, the rooms are beautiful, clean, and peaceful, and the food was not only delicious but always plentiful. Every detail made it easy to relax and feel cared for. It’s also the perfect distance to town! What truly makes this resort unforgettable is the people. The staff are genuinely kind, warm, and welcoming, and you can feel the pride and care they put into everything they do. A special thank you to Lil, who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay even more special. I also highly recommend a massage on the beach with Yosvani - the best massage I’ve ever had! The price reflects the quality and value, you will never go hungry at this resort! Melia Internacional is the only resort I choose to visit in Cuba. It feels like coming back to something familiar and comforting each time. An all-around 10/10 experience, it was actually our best trip yet and I’m already looking forward to returning again. ???

For Cuba, this is an excellent choice! Spent 3 nights here in January with no complaints - everything in the room worked well- ac, water pressure, safe, etc Stayed in the non level side with a view over the lobby - much quieter than the pool/ocean view. Breakfast and lunch were good - dinner at the à la cartes was questionable. The coffee and drinks were both very good - as long as you don’t expect high end cocktails. Staff were helpful for the most part. I’d go again! Have stayed at the sanctuary grand memories many times but gave up on that one due to shortages and room issues - glad I didn’t give up on Cuba - it’s still worth a trip!

We arrived Friday am. Room is clean. OK for Cuba. Food is Ok No TV, cable or internet in our room. Staff is friendly. Maybe they smile because we were conned DONT ACCEPT A ROOM UNLESS TV AND INTERNET WORK. OR STAY AT A BETTER PLACE
