This is my 4th time at this hotel and would never go anywhere else. The people here are amazing the service is excellent and never a shortage of food. There's also a 24 hour food bar if you are hungry in the late hours. Had the pleasure of being served by the World Bar Lady champion 2024 that was held in Athens Greece, Kenia Borges Broton. Everyone from the front desk to the maintenance personal were a pleasure to deal with.

We stayed at the Level Adults Only at the Melía Internacional resort. I highly recommend choosing Level as it is a completely different experience compared to the regular hotel. More private, intimate, upscale, and catered to guests. It has separate lounges, restaurants, and bars. Oscar, the director, went above and beyond to make us happy during our stay as well as many other staff members such as Leydy, Ruben, and many others.

We've been to Cuba 6 times now. This is one of the nicest resorts on the Varadero strip, however, if you've travelled to any other islands, Varadero does not compare. The resort is clean, service is good, pretty standard stuff. The food shortages and quality are a problem. They didn't even have their own local beer, Cristal. Couldn't find a bar to make a pina colada the whole week. They had like 2 of those slushy drinks to choose from. The breakfast at the buffet was pretty good, hard to mess up eggs. If you're travelling from Canada, you will miss the quality and selection of our food. Bring your own sauces. The beach is beautiful, but you probably already know that if you're looking at a vacation in Cuba. It's very shallow and clean, no seaweed, and lots of seats. Pools are fine too. We will not be returning to Varadero in the future. Spend some more and go elsewhere.

Lisbet was an amazing server. She made the perfect coffee for us every day. No matter which restaurant we ate at , we always go back to her for coffee! Thank you Lisbet for the best customer service! She was always smiling and she also understood English well and understood us.

Lisbet was amazinggg at The family snack club . Every single day got me the best espresso. The staff was always on point. Amazing service & Friendly!! They had great snack options + drink options. Highly Recommended ???? you guys have to check out.
