This resort is like something out of a movie; the minute you enter the lobby you're greeted with friendly, helpful staff, gorgeous water features, wooden bridges, live music and tropical drinks. The bags were immediately taken to our room, and we were guided by a person from the front desk. The room itself was huge, with a sitting area, desk, full chest of drawers, and a bathroom with full tub and separate toilet room. The buffet had a wide selection, the drinks were delicious; I highly recommend the pina colada. The a la carte restaurant had a long wait time, we went to the buffet for dinners instead. The coffee was delicious, I'm lactose intolerant, but I can eat dairy products in Cuba, so it was cafe con leche and cappuccinos all day. I can't speak highly enough of the customer service. Hermes worked at the restaurant and he was so helpful, efficient, and even set up a little centrepiece on our last meal of the trip. Every day he helped us find a table and immediately took our drink orders. It was our anniversary on the trip and one of the resort butlers arranged decorations for our room to celebrate our special day. The beach was beautiful; wide stretches of white sand, shells, little tropical fish in the water, shaded palapas, and plenty of beach chairs. It was hard to choose between the beach and pool. The pool was complete with bridges, waterfalls, rock features, canopy beds, a swim up bar, pool cafe, and servers to take drink orders. The landscaping was gorgeous, not a leaf out of place. The gardeners even made me little decorations out of woven grass and leaves. We will be coming back to this resort for the attentive, friendly service, and amazing beaches and ocean.
Best hotel in Varadero

We have been coming to this hotel for 6 years now, it's simply the best and the cleanest we have seen many hotels in varadero. They have good staff well trained employees and most of them speak English or a bit French and of course Spanish. At the lobby bar you can order your drinks with Chabelly she's always available to help with a big smile. At the restaurant Grazie the food is simply delicious and the waiter OMAR is very helpful and polite. At the bistro cafe you will be served the best cappuccino ever by a great team Yuniel, Tania, Catchita and Dayan!!! The restaurant El caribe serve seafood and other great dishes the lady at the entrance Idenis is friendly and the supervisor Rey is great ! The Room is clean and everything you need you can request. Our cleaning lady Zoly was always present to give us what we requested. Our Butler Maryan and Lisdriel were very nice. A big thank you to Thaïs the supervisor on all butlers and room service cleaning staff! She was simply amazing and very efficient. The open buffet is crowded but again clean and delicious food is served there a big thank you to Raoul, yennesey, Delmis and in the diamond section Oswaldo, Sonivid, Alberto and Sandic. Great food and great ambiance all supervised by the head and the chef of all cooks Vladimir ! At the beach for you towels and drinks big thank you to Hector, Jorge, Yuniel, Alex, Pedro and Hainey. Juan David {the general manager} and Jaime { general manager }. you can be both proud of your great team !! We will be back again for sure.
