Royalton is a really good resort. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. The beach was beautiful. We were just unlucky with the weather. We had excellent coffee and cocktails in the lobby bar, where live music was playing. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. We would like to extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to our butlers, Brenda and Eileen, for their outstanding work. They were attentive, kind, and always willing to help.

Our stay at the Royalton Varadero was magnificent, thanks to an exceptional staff who exceeded all expectations. The restaurant and lobby bar team, especially Reglita, Barbie, and the bartenders, provided impeccable and warm service, while Jorge, the butler in charge of guest services, was essential for his knowledge and dedication in organizing every detail. The beach, pool, and spa setting is idyllic, but it's the warmth and kindness of the staff that makes this resort a place we long to return to. Our sincerest thanks to everyone! Thank you ???
