This is the most amazing resort that I have ever been to! Front the moment that you arrive, you are treated like royalty. The service at this resort definitely deserve a 5-star rating. Every staff member goes above and beyond to ensure your every vacation expectation is met. The beach is amazing. I have been to many others and nothing compares to the beachfront at the Royalton. In addition to the beautiful, well-kept beach, is the incredible beach staff who always come quickly with cocktails in hand! I thoroughly enjoyed the BBQ beach lunch as well as the many meals my family and I ate at the Beach Grill. We experienced many wonderful meals, drinks and coffees! The cappucinos and Spanish coffees quickly became my favourites. They were the perfect way to start and end the day. I was so impressed with the service we received from our butlers, as well. They were always there to help us when needed and really took the time to get to know us. This was my second trip to this resort and I will absolutely be returning! The Royalton Hicacos really is a true paradise...

This hotel is worth many ??????S .This is my second time to Cuba and second time in this hotel.I smiled when I walked across the bridge and couldn’t believe how fantastic it looked. We received great treatment from beginning to end. Staff is what made our trip most special, and it was wonderful to see the same staff from the previous year. Hotel is immaculate, rooms large and comfortable, beaches stunning, grounds are gorgeous, food & drinks are always delicious knowing the shortage of certain things.Services excellent even though they are always busy in the main bar.Everyone is so happy and cheerful and remember you from day one on,and are a pleasure to be with.My Husband and I received excellent service from beginning to end. The friendships we made with staff was fantastic, and hopefully will continue to be in touch.There is to many names to mention so only naming a few. Reinier our butler was a pleasure to know .He was always rushing to get everything done but always made time for you .He arranged a wonderful trip for us ,a friend for ever. Marian was fantastic too,we got to know her last year and she remembered us . Aniel and partner made us the best pasta ever, and were great fun. Alberto in the buffet gave fantastic service with a smile. These guys will be friends for ever. My only complaint is that unfortunately Cuba is not going to be a place very easy to get to for us in England.I know that I would return every year if the direct flight had continued because Cuba is in my heart now ??
