Beautiful resort, would go again anytime. The Diamond Club team is AMAZING! They made it feel like a 6 star luxury resort. The view from the restaurant at the beach is breathtaking. I’d like to thank the entire Diamond team. From our personal concierges Diosdado, and Lisdiel , to Aylin, Rene and Joanna, we were treated like royalty.

We were a group of 6 woman traveling for fun from January 8-15, 2026. We had an absolutely stellar vacation! You cannot beat Cuba! The weather, the beaches, the safety, the affordability make this a premium destination. What sets it over the top though are the people! From the moment we stepped off the bus we were greeted by the amazing staff! Treated literally like royalty! We weren’t used to this treatment! Raul greeted us off the bus and had our backs all week! The entertainment staff worked tirelessly to make sure we were all engaged and felt welcome! The nightly shows were like no other we had seen before. The Rock show could have been one you’d go see at home! So good! We visited all the a la carte restaurants and they all offered a unique dining experience. The servers, hosts, bus persons couldn’t do enough for us! All with the biggest smiles! It was easy to walk around the entire resort and to the beach, the grounds were spotless! There were no power issues and lots to choose from if dining at the buffet! I enjoyed my omelette every day! Oh the bread, I’m missing the bread and buns! I’d like to make a special mention of a particular staff member who was a main reason we had such a special time. Our butler Randy! If we needed anything we’d send Randy a message and he ?? made it happen. He made our dinner reservations, answered any questions we had, and would ensure he communicated plans at all times, even if that meant walking the beach to find us! Any resort would be lucky to have a Randy! The Royalton won the lottery with him! Thank you to all the staff for making this one of the most happiest times of our lives! We would love to return again, sooner rather than later!

We had a wonderful vacation in Cuba. The resort was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff overall was friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, which really made our stay special.We had the junior suite superior room are renovated. A special mention goes to the butler Haydee and Adrian service, which was truly exceptional. Our butlers went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from restaurant reservations to small personal touches that made us feel spoiled and well taken care of. The attention, professionalism and kindness were outstanding 5 ?? for them. The beach, and atmosphere were exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. We felt safe, comfortable, and appreciated throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this resort and the butler service to anyone looking for great service and a memorable vacation in Cuba. Our personal butler Dayana was amazing. Very professional, knowledgeable & friendly. Quick to address any questions or concerns we had. Highly recommend Royalton Hicacos. All the staff were always smiling & very friendly. Special thank you to Sonivid & Oswaldo seeing their smiling faces every morning & afternoon as well as Lazaro Cobo & other staff in buffet. Also to Lazaro in Italian Restaurant. The woman as well working in the ice cream/helados shop. Everyone was wonderful.
