some good and not good experience

the location is great and resort is nice, however the website is always lie. the promoting discount is never there when you click to book. when you get to check in the staff have to decide if you need 2 beds or 1 bed. funniest thing never heard anywhere in the world. otherwise love to scuba perfect location

We have been to Iberostar Cozumel several times over the years with family, and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Customer service is exceptional (I want to give a special thanks to Priscila for her help coordinating my family's situation). The resort is clean, comfortable, with exceptional diving, snorkeling, friendly staff and the food and drink as excellent. Rooms are quiet, private and peaceful. The grounds are clean, and feel like you are in a rainforest with interesting animals and birds. Our young children enjoyed exploring the grounds and never seemed to get bored. Thanks, we look forward to returning.
