I’ve stayed at Hampton Grand Cayman on multiple occasions and it’s consistently a great choice for families and travelers alike. The hospitality is warm and attentive, the rooms and facilities are clean, the breakfast is excellent, and the on-site restaurant and amenities add real convenience—all at an affordable price that makes vacation time stress-free. Highly recommended for a reliable, comfortable stay in Grand Cayman Vayalakar

Hidden Gem

Pamela R on Jan 07, 2026

We spent our family Christmas at this hotel, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The staff was outstanding across the board, from housekeeping and pool staff to the bar, restaurant, and especially the front desk team. Every single person went above and beyond to accommodate our family and make our stay memorable. Our room was very clean and comfortable, the complimentary breakfast was excellent, and the on-site restaurant offered a great selection of food. We also loved the easy beach access, including the unique and scenic pathway leading to it. This hotel is truly the best value for the price. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to others. It is a hidden gem.

Great Hotel with Some Resortlike Elements.

craigmbe on Jan 06, 2026

Its a nice place and well worth the $320 per night (A bargain in season) but know what you a getting. Its a Hampton Inn. Yes its a lot nicer than most Hampton Inns but the format is the same. This has some resortlike elements but it is not a resort. Breakfast is a slight cut above a Hampton Inn breakfast. Bacons and plantains and waffles are great. Really crowded. I think people visit from other places. the room was wonderful. No smells. Really dry and not small. Bathroom was tight but shower was hot and fixtures well appointed. They offer a good laundry and free chair rentals but get there early. The resturant and bar are amazing. A real high point. You can hang around there all day. The pool is very pretty but small. Commandeer the chairs quick. the area around the pool is pretty and a good hangout. There is no real beach. A little puff of sand to hang out on for an hour. So its a 5 for what it is. It is a nice hotel with some resort elements. It is NOT a resort. There are great beaches all over the Caymans. Get a rental car and get some beach chairs early in the morning and explore the island. Hang out at the pool and bar and have a drink for an hour and eat at the restaurant once. That will be a nice vacation.

4th Visit and over 40 Nights - home away from home

Ewa311 (New York City, New York) on Jan 04, 2026

This was our fourth year in a row staying at the Hampton by Hilton Grand Cayman, and at this point it really feels like our home away from home. We’ve spent over 40 nights here and it’s the one place our kids are always excited to come back to. This is not your typical Hampton. It’s easily the coolest and most laid-back one we’ve stayed at. The hotel is small and boutique-style, so you actually get to know the staff and see familiar faces, but it still has everything you need — a great pool vibe, a small but decent gym, free breakfast, a shuttle around Seven Mile Beach, and even GoPros you can borrow for snorkeling or Stingray City. Having Ms. Piper’s right on property is a huge bonus. It’s one of the best restaurants on the island, with a relaxed atmosphere, consistently great food, and a daily happy hour that’s hard to beat (yes, $4 beers). The beach has also gotten better year over year. It’s still small by Seven Mile standards, but very usable and a nice perk. We usually rent a car to explore Rum Point, Cemetery Beach, Governor’s Beach, and Spotts Beach — all easy and worth the trip. What really keeps us coming back is the staff. The front desk team — Jaime, Ismael, Daniel, Eleanora, and Keeth — are always friendly and helpful, and the breakfast crew (Gladys, Martin, Natalie, and others) start every morning off right. At Ms. Piper’s, Eric, along with Angie and Candace, consistently go above and beyond. A lot of this comes down to leadership. Lee and Carlos run a great hotel, and it shows in how well the team takes care of guests. We’ve stayed all over the island — the Ritz, Hotel Indigo, Westin, Sunshine Suites, and condos — and this is still our favorite. Already looking forward to coming back next year.
