This is a gem of a hotel. Excellent location and great facilities. The rooms are modern with huge TVs and comfortable beds. I would have liked a patio, but it was not a deal breaker. The hotel shuttle is available to take guests anywhere in the 7-mile beach area. The staff, front desk, shuttle drivers, room attendants, and breakfast staff are super friendly and helpful. Ismael at the front desk is a breath of fresh air and always willing to do what he can to make a guest happy! I'll be back!

Stayed here for over a month. Everything clean, friendly , polite and fun staff. Daniel, one of the drivers of the shuttle service was particularly great, always came promptly and to the right place! Unlike the other driver who never seemed to managed to pick me up from the same location every day.. anyway all in very enjoyable and I recommend.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights and we had the most amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful. The front desk staff - particularly Gabriel and Eleanora - were incredibly nice and helpful. Breakfast was always delicious. The bar / restaurant by the pool is awesome too. I honestly can’t think of anything remotely negative to say about our experience. Anyone looking for a place to stay in Grand Cayman that is not super expensive, this is absolutely the place to book. 5 stars!

We were very happy with our four night stay. The room and hotel in general were very clean and quiet, and the breakfast was very good. Ms Piper’s Restaurant was creative and delicious. The staff was what really set this hotel apart, however. Ismael really made us feel welcome.

Gabriel, and Nate at the front desk were always very helpful. Josh tried to be helpful but his answers to questions were not always correct. Shiro who heads the breakfast area goes over and beyond any breakfast person at a hotel that we have stayed at. Everything is ready at 6:00 am and is constantly restocked. Angela is also very helpful in the breakfast area. Part of the resort fee that you pay, covers a free shuttle to several beaches as well as Camana Bay. Camana Bay is a 15 minute walk from the hotel. You can find the following at Camana Bay: Starbucks, movie theater, bookstore, banks, and clothing stores. Fosters the supermarket is one block from the shopping area. They have a hot and cold food bar, soup bar, as well as pizza, burger and Asian food stations. Most of the locals go there for lunch. Restaurants such as Peppers, Coconut Joes and Craft are within walking distance but it can be pricey to eat there every meal. Casanova's Italian restaurant is a $14 taxi ride from the hotel but well worth it. Their food and service is outstanding. Although my internet search before traveling said that taxis do not take credit cards - I found out that most of them do. We found Marcy's Taxi (345-922-8058) service to be the best priced and most reliable. If you tell them when you call that you want to pay by credit card, they will send a driver who accepts credit cards. We found that the taxi drivers did not expect a tip. Roque (pronounced Rocky) and Daniel worked long hours shuttling people to Camana Bay, Food Shopping, restaurants and beaches. The resort fee also includes the use of action cams and bikes on a first come basis. The poolside 4:00 free snack is hit and miss (4oz drink, fries, etc.).
