We loved our stay. The room was clean and cozy. Really enjoyed the access to the pretty pool area and a scenic walk to the best beach in the area. There were chair and umbrellas close on the powder white sand.

Just came back from a 7 day 6 night trip to The Hampton by Hilton Seven Mile Beach Grand Cayman. Was a wonderful experience. Staff was so welcoming and helpful with the many questions I asked. Pool was nice, the little beach was nice, water was beautiful but a bit rocky. You do need to claim ur spots early unfortunately (not the hotels fault). The additional amenities were so nice and worth the resort fee $50 per day. The restaurant behind the hotel Ms. Piper’s was wonderful! Food was awesome, drinks good but a bit pricey and ambiance at night, great. Ate there 2 nights, one lunch and several happy hours. Ribs were amazing. Shout out to Kenneth, great server. All restaurants we went to charge a 15 or 16% service fee to the bill. First time stuns you when u see the bill and gets expensive with the US exchange rate. Went to Camana Bay. Many choices to eat inside or out. Love all the chickens and roosters you see around the island. The island seemed very friendly and safe. We had difficulty at first as for some reason we didn’t think that an international calling/data plan was needed but the people and the places we visited were so willing to help us out. Shout out to Luca at Bonny Moon beach that called our shuttle driver for us. So nice and a great beach to visit. We even used the bus service that run along the main road on seven mile. Was around $2.50 pp one way trip. All in all we had a wonderful time. Hampton by Hilton was clean and again I can’t say thank you enough to Bella, Daniel, Juava (sorry for spelling your name wrong) Janice the housekeeper and Melissa. Also, the pool towel lady who gave great service. Plus the wait staff at the free hot breakfast worked so hard (they deserve a raise). My only suggestion would be to offer more weeks in prime season to use Hilton point. We have already book our next visit at this wonderful hotel. For those who read this please remember to tip those who give you great service. Don’t need to give much. They don’t expect it but do appreciate it.

I can’t say enough great things about my recent stay at the Hampton by Hilton Grand Cayman—this place truly exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. The front desk team was friendly, efficient, and always ready with helpful recommendations. Every interaction felt warm and sincere, which really set the tone for our entire stay. The level of customer service across the board was outstanding. The breakfast staff kept everything fresh, well-stocked, and spotless while greeting guests with smiles each morning. Housekeeping did an exceptional job—our room was consistently immaculate and thoughtfully maintained. Even the pool and towel service team stood out for their attentiveness and friendliness, always making sure guests were comfortable and taken care of. The property itself is clean, modern, and very well maintained. You can tell there’s real pride in the attention to detail—from the common areas to the guest rooms and outdoor spaces. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. Everything you need is conveniently nearby—groceries, restaurants, and, best of all, easy access to Seven Mile Beach. The short walk to the beach was a huge plus, and the access provided made it incredibly convenient to enjoy one of the most beautiful beach in the Caribbean. Overall, this hotel delivers on every level: exceptional staff, top-notch service, great location, and pristine facilities. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Grand Cayman and would return in a heartbeat! Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!

We spent 10 days at Hampton (3/7-17/26). There were four of us, so we shared the 2 bed/2 bath suite. There was enough room for all of us. The small fridge could have been a little bigger, but it served its purpose. I would love to give a big shout out to Gladys and the other very hard workers at breakfast. They kept the tables cleared and ready for the next person. They also kept an eye on eggs being replaced, coffee and hot water being full. Cream and yogurt being replaced when empty. I even asked for a red apple instead of a green ??. There was no problem. New red delicious apples were supplied. What an amazing morning staff. Bella and the rest of the reception staff were also fantastic. Always cheerful and ready to help. The shuttle service was such a plus. They brought us to the public beach, downtown markets, grocery shopping, restaurants, etc. Our number one shuttle man was Roque! He brought us where we needed to go and even helped with putting the groceries in the van. We miss you already, Roque. You have an amazing personality. The restaurants we visited were all good in the area. We actually visited Casanovas twice. Excellent Italian food! Seven Mile Beach was awesome. Plenty of chairs available for rent and warm crystal clear water. We took advantage of horseback riding at Pampered Ponies. That was a great experience. The whole vacation was totally awesome. Close to the airport too. I can’t wait to go back!!!

More Hilton, than Hampton.... pool side bar with an exceptional restaurant attached, Ms. Pipers Kitchen.... for the beach location questions... the attached pic is the path from the pool to the beach... and about 10-15 lounges... as for our favorite employee, from Rome, is Bella @ the front desk... she actually laughed @ my Dad jokes. The Hampton seems to be the 12 way mark between the touristy Georgetown and West Bay... No need to rent a car, taxis (vans) are everywhere and readily available.
