Great hotel, food and staff! Not to mention the beach!!!

Absolutely one of the best Hilton properties I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was amazing, the food was awesome and the all around atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home.

We had the opportunity to spend four days at Hampton by Hilton in Grand Cayman during a very stressful time due to the landfill fire emergency. Despite the circumstances and the hotel being at high occupancy, Mr. Carlos Arpal, the director, went above and beyond to help us. His kindness and willingness to accommodate my family truly made a difference. What could have been an overwhelming and unpleasant situation was transformed into something that felt like a peaceful getaway. Mr. Arpal and his entire team made us feel genuinely welcomed and at home throughout our stay. We are incredibly grateful for their hospitality, compassion, and professionalism during such a challenging time. Thank you for turning a difficult moment into a memorable experience.

I stayed at this property for one night. The A/C was very loud and kicked off and on continuously. There was no way to set it to remain a steady flow of air. This caused a very disruptive sleep. You could hear everything with the A/C off and it grew quite warm. The toiletries in the room were great (lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash & soap.) The WIFI worked well. The property was in a decent location to restaurants etc even better if correct information about the shuttle was given. The staff at the Front Desk, while extremely nice, all gave different information about shuttles. I arrived at the desk at 7:30am for an 8am shuttle(told the night previous was the first shuttle of the day) and was told to come back at 9 b/c the shuttle was undergoing maintenance. I asked if i needed to schedule or would it just arrive and was assured it would arrive at 9. I went outside at 8:55 and no shuttle arrived so I went inside to inquire. The shuttle had to be called and as I only had 1 hour prior checkout it didn't make sense to leave the property. I was also unaware there was a beach behind the hotel that I could utilize until this moment. This hotel was not cheap and had so many minor annoyances that I could not plan my day on the island properly. I would not stay again or recommend this hotel.

Wonderful experience ! Very clean, comfy bed, breakfast exceeded our expectations, friendly staff, easy access to the beach, great location !! Cannot say anything negative about this hotel !! Great Value !!
