The hotel worked well for us. Gladys was very attentive to our needs and suggested great local attractions. She was a joy to talk to.

The Hampton by Hilton on seven mile beach was so wonderful we will be definitely be returning , it was fantastic , the room was very spacious came with a mini refrigerator , microwave , sink and plates and utensils so a family could make their food if wanted , it had a very nice living rom area we had the king size bed and good size T.V., and let me tell you Norma our maid was out of this world our room was clean everyday by her and she was the very best we have ever had and we travel a lot . The fornt staff were excellent they were on top of anything we needed and they have a free shuttle to surrounding areas like the other beaches and Camana Bay and the drive Rocque was the best driver but he only drives to the beaches surrounding areas and Camana bay so dont expect him to drive you everywhere but he was fantastic and we had daily breakfast the food was wonderful it was included with our stay and we loved our beach at the hotel . I cant say enough about our experience we give it a 15 out of 10 so if your looking for a great place to stay we reccommend the Hampton by Hilton on Seven Mile Beach you wont regret it … Pam Belardi

Great time at this venue. From Gladis in the comp breakfast line to the housekeeping and front desk it was superb service. The room was nice and big and very clean.

Great location friendly polite good time

Excellent location, friendly staff (every single staff members always greeted us with a friendly smile, and when we asked for extra towels they were promptly delivered). We had a great lunch at the restaurant Piper on site. Nice pool area, pretty but tiny beach area (this is off-season, but I would think it would be difficult to get a chaise other than summer), only around 12 chaises and umbrellas. There is a free shuttle if you’re going somewhere on the hotel side of the island. Breakfast was average (bad coffee): scrambled eggs, melon, toast. Negatives: the shower glass panel spans less than halfway, so the floor gets soaked whenever you shower, there is no way to avoid this. The room has a smell (I assume it’s a cleaning product), but it’s unpleasant.
