We stayed at the Hampton Inn late August and the early part of September. Ismael from the front desk helped us from the time we checked it the time we left. He always had a smile! The breakfast were delicious and the servers were kind. The cute pool area bar and restaurant were fabulous when they were open. They did close down at the beginning of September due to renovations of Miss Pipers as the pool did remain open, but a lot of places in the Caymans do their construction in September. The rooms were clean, however, had very little storage space for clothing. The beach was beautiful however, if you came a little bit north, you could find an area without all the rocks. They also would transport you to another beach that was less rocky. Overall, a good experience!

Horrible! FIND ANOTHER HOTEL!!! There is zero security, no room keys for the past 5 days! Need to go to front desk to access your room. Can tell them the wrong room number and they will open for you. Not worth the money. Stay at another hotel. Front desk is not helpful! The restaurant is not open, the pool bar is closed. DO NOT COME IN SEPTEMBER!!! Do not say at this hotel! There are many more hotels that are way better!!!!!!

I have been coming to this Hampton for about a year, on e or twice a month, and absolutely all of the staff treats you like family. I always feel welcome, and they all go above & beyond to make the stay enjoyable. Facilities are the cleanest you will find. Ms Pipers food is second to none.

Highlights: terrific hot breakfast with lots of fresh melon, eggs, pancakes etc. Lines can get long during peak season though so best to arrive early. Having beach access was nice although it is a very small beach with few chairs so again, unless you go early and camp out, you're unlikely to get a chair/umbrella. Rooms were spacious and clean. Drawbacks: the staff, although very friendly (especially with kids), were not that helpful. They would claim to be sending someone to fix an issue and then never show up. I asked at least 3 times to fix the telephone that was broken in our room and it never got done. The shuttle driver can be inconsistent too - once he stopped to do personal errands while taking us somewhere, another time he forgot about us after we called him to pick us up and we had to call him back 30 min later. Overall a good experience, just don't expect to be blown away.

Gabriel, Daniel, Xavier, Roque, Jayden, Tricilda, went out of their way, to make sure my 3 Night stay at the Hampton By Hilton, Grand Cayman was a "Beautiful Experience" Thank you all for being kind, and Generous.We will Return.
