Had a fantastic stay, nice & clean, probably biggest positive is the amazing staff from the front desk, housekeeping, breakfast team including Gladys who greets you everyday, and to the staff at the restaurant Ms Pipers, employee culture really stands out!! Great benefits with ability to get a go pro camera for day that you can take to sting ray city to being provided beach chairs to take with you. Pool setup with restaurant Ms Pipers bar right next to it really works well, complimentary restaurant treat at 4:00 in the pool area each day along with a happy hour was very nice. My 6yr daughter was more interested in getting back to hotel for the pool than staying at the beach. They do have path to the beach where few lounge chairs setup in where you can sit for sunset, etc, not much beach in general, Marriott next door has no beach space, but that’s where free beach shuttle benefit comes into play where they can take you to anywhere on seven mile beach. Overall we loved it and highly recommend to other families!!! Also as a Hilton Diamond member commend hotel for taking care of all of our needs.

Stayed here based on the price but also because they had breakfast. It makes it so much easier not having to go out in the morning and find someplace for breakfast. The stay was great. I will have to say it was the best buffet breakfast I’ve had at any hotel we’ve ever been at. The waffles were amazing. The hotel is not right on the beach, but they have a courtesy shuttle that brings you to 7 mile beach. It is very efficient and always available. The hotel pool is very small and there is basically no beach access even though you can walk down to the beach. It is unusable. I would absolutely stay here again when we come back.

We are a family of four and have traveled the last 3 years at holiday time to the Hampton with another family. It has become our home away from home, and stayed at the property for nearly 2 weeks this year. Things we love: - The coolest and hippest Hampton you will ever find - Small and boutique style hotel - you get to know the staff and patrons well - Great pool vibe with an amazing happy hour - Access to Pipers restaurant, one of the best on the island (if not THE best!) - shuttle to take you to beaches and restaurants (while they have a small beach at the property the shuttle will take you to other public beaches) - walking distance to great restaurants, like the wharf, peppers, coconut joes, and my kids personal favorite Pizza Hut (go to peppers!) - they offer access to go pros, which are great to record snorkeling or stingray city trips - We absolutely love the hotel, but what makes it truly special is the staff. Eric, Vishnu, and Andy went above and beyond to make our experience(s) at Pipers amazing. The breakfast team is so kind, from Gladys, Martin, Natalie and another kind woman whose name I can’t recall. Jaime, Ismael, Eleanora and many others were so helpful at the front desk. There are many others to mention as well. It all starts with leadership. Lee and Carlos know how to run a top notch hotel with customer service top of mind. Thank you! We have stayed everywhere on the island, from the Ritz to the new Indigo (also nice but different vibe and very busy) to condos like Plantana. Hampton is our fav and we will surely return!

WOW!! I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. I have stayed all over the Caribbean and this was hands down one of the best hospitality experiences I've had hands down. This does not feel like a Hampton, it feels like a boutique hotel. Stayed with my two year old over Christmas, and almost every member of the staff remembered our names and were extremely friendly! Great, shady little pool, clean rooms, and Ms. Piper's was excellent food! I wish I could name every member of the staff by name but Jhenie at Ms. Piper's was the only one I remembered to write down. The live music CAN be a little loud if you have a little one with you, but other than that I cant think of a single negative thing to say! Book your trip!!

The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The welcome staff was so tentative to our requests. Anika was our housekeeper and she was always there for us, she left our room decorated for my wife’s birthday and deserts. She was very sweet and very attentive to us during our entire stay. Rooms need a little more storage/closet space but other than that it was an awesome place to stay.
