This was a great hotel experience. Even after a minor hiccup on my second day, the hotel handled it for me immediately and efficiently. I was pleasantly surprised and grateful for their improved efficiency. If I come to Cuba again, I will definitely choose to stay here again.

The panoramic view of the hotel is stunning, unique in Havana. I am really satisfied with their extraordinary services and facilities. I would say that they have the best breakfast buffet in town. The terrance on the 9th floor is just absolutely amazing. Even if you are not staying in this hotel, definitely visit their terrance for a meal or drink to enjoy the beauty of Havana.

We stay in this hotel and we enjoy so much our stay here all places like pool,the HI SO restaurant,and the areas aroud it.The service and food were amazing.We recommend that visit this wonderful hotel when you think to take your next vacations.

Nice hotel very luxurious and has a quality and very relaxing atmosphere the people are very nice and give you a wonderful treatment the service is splendid and the food very tasty I am very happy for the treatment
