Our stay at Resorts World Hilton Manila was seriously affected by a front office error. During re-check-in, Raya (or Ranaya) from the front office indicated our wrong room number. Because of this mistake, our room was not cleaned at all. She talked to me like we are not paying guests. She should have been more courteous. She is not appropriate in front desk. The inconvenience could have been avoided with proper handling of the re-check-in process. For a hotel that carries the Hilton name, this level of service is unacceptable.

I read two out of four because I was accused of using the bar and I didn’t use it. I was made to understand that if you open the refrigerator that you will be charged for the beverage I did not drink so therefore I was charged for vodka then other beverages because I opened up the door to put in some bottle water that I bought from Walgreens currently they are investigating of this issue
