For years we were loyal to the Delta Beau as the hotel for our family trips to Moncton, but we switched to Residence Inn for the last few trips because we found the Beau was getting real run down, dirty, overpriced blah breakfasts, plus they removed the hot tub. But now we are feeling the same way about the Residence Inn and think it’s time to find a new fav hotel for our family trips to Moncton. This trip included an elevator out of service, cold pool, luke warm hot tub with non-working jets (does that mean water not being filtered?!?), breakfast offerings (although complimentary) are gross (runny eggs with white sausages), curtains that don’t close all the way, and a towel bar that fell off the bathroom wall. We paid more for the two bedroom suite, but not worth it anymore. However, this could be simply how things are now with lack of adequate staff in the hospitality industry in Canada - not enough cleaning and maintenance being done.

On our way to Quebec, we stayed one night. Lovely stay. Perfect as we have to have a one bedroom. The suite was clean and orderly. Quiet for being in the downtown core. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
