2 stars for location and beds were extremely comfortable. Housekeeping were very on the ball. If you're looking for a no frills holiday with a poor food selection then go for it. I wouldn't bother with the all inclusive as there's many better options down the beach. The food was absolutely terrible. I had an upset stomach after every meal and the choice was very limited. Cocktails, whilst strong, were very sweet and the staff mostly didn't appear happy to be at work. I was snapped at on more than one occasion whilst waiting at the bar. The vendors on the beach demanding we "release the funds" to them was relentless. I understand that it's an income for them but it needs controlling. Many guests on the sunbeds were fed up with it. We checked out a day early as we'd just had enough and needed to eat something substantial and fresh.
**Unbelievable Service in Paradise Before, During, & After Hurricane Melissa**

Legends Beach Hotel, has hands down the best service, food, drinks, and lodging that I've experienced so far and I've been to Jamacia 3 times now. The Location is incredible, the beach views, crystal clear water, local vendors, and just the locals them selves are a joy to meet. Rooms are cleaned daily, they smell good and the beds are very comfortable. This is the best bang for your buck here! The service before, during, and after Hurricane Melissa, was out of this world, they served us breakfast, lunch, and dinner, during the hurricane! The employees of Legends Beach Hotel are class acts and I will forever consider them family.
Fabulous staff

The staff at Legends B R were great, very welcoming & friendly, Their service was 100% The room was a nice size with a balcony, though a bit dated, The dining area is right by the beach & is nice with great background music & bar. Though I would stay there again, i wouldn't recommend bringing children, only because if it rains the flooring surrounding the resort could be dangerous as they are ceramic tiles & were very slippery. There is a small shopping mall a 5 minutes walking & other little local shops, The resort is about 10 minutes drive to a town centre which has everything you may need including a bank. I had a great time both at the resort & discovering Jamaica.
More than you'd expect for the price, a great deal!

Had the pleasure at visiting during our stay at the sister hotel on the cliff side. We came every day for lunch (which was great by the way!) and took advantage of the free shuttle to get to the beach. A true authentic Jamaican experience! Also, I highly recommend for anyone looking for a budget friendly vacation. Found it to be extremely worth what we paid.

Spent a few days at Legends as well as Samsara this trip. Legends is also not necessarily luxurious but it’s a great spot on the beach with comfortable rooms, great jamaican food and very friendly staff. I don’t know what the other reviews are talking about, if they’re expecting a 5 star hotel for 2 star prices, maybe they should try somewhere else? There’s a small two lane road splitting the property, not a highway like someone else said and Caesar the security guard is so helpful in making sure you cross safely. There were some loud nights yes but the noise came from parties at other properties so there wasn’t much we could do about it, we got some ear plugs at the gift shop and it was totally fine. All in all, for the price you’re paying legends is awesome and I definitely recommend it!
