We have just got back from an amazing holiday at Rosen Inn. Yes the rooms are basic and outdated but they are clear with nice white fluffy towels. We used the shuttle buses and found these great. They were always on time and met our needs. The staff were so friendly and the food was really nice especially for the price. We loved the burgers and chicken sandwich. Luisa in the bar was really friendly. There were plenty of nice places to eat with a 5 minute walk. The pool area was nice and clean and the pool was heated. Everything for us was spot on

We have been staying here for 10+ years and yes it’s not a 5 star hotel but you’re not paying the price for it either! The wi-fi is good, the room clean, beds are comfy and sheets clean. The pool is great with ample clean towels. The breakfast buffet is great for the price and I must say JILL OSBORNE is an absolute delightful lady with a smile every day and nothing is too much for her!! For what you pay this place is centralised to everywhere and for a great price!! We always return. See you all next year!! James

I just wanted to share a few words about our recent stay at the wonderful Rosen Inn. We returned a few days ago after spending two fantastic weeks there—two adults and our 11-year-old, visiting Florida for the very first time. We had the most amazing holiday, and the Rosen Inn proved to be the perfect base for all the parks. Every member of staff we met was consistently polite, friendly, and helpful. However, I’d like to give a special mention to the wonderful Jill. Every morning she went out of her way to ask about our plans, offer genuinely helpful advice, and make us feel very welcome. She was so warm and attentive, even remembering our drinks order each day. My son, who can be quite shy, spoke about Jill often and was really touched by the impression she made on him—which is a big deal for him. She is truly a credit to the company and provided one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had, both in the States and back home in England. That really says something. Thank you, Rosen Inn LBV, for an unforgettable holiday. We will certainly be back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The room was great and had everything we needed (except maybe a kettle but we are tea drinkers) the staff were funny and friendly and always helpful and willing to chat. The local wildlife was lovely to see and the area was always clean and green. You could walk to local small shops and restaurants if you like to walk but need a car if you wanted supermarkets or Outlets or particular sorts of restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised with the situation of the hotel and would go again. We booked our stay with Virgin Atlantic and as usual was not disappointed.

Lovely place and a great location. Clean rooms with very comfy bed. Our room was car park facing and very quiet. All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Big shout out to two Lovely ladies who made us feel right at home. Shannon and Jill were just amazing.A good around value for money place. Will definitely be back.
