Stayed for 2 nights for a whistle stop visit of WDW. Excellent location- approx 10 minutes walk around the Boardwalk to EPCOT. Whilst Dolphin & Swan Resort buses weee available to the parks and Disney Springs, we used the Disney buses which were available from the Yacht Club (turn left out of the back of the hotel and 5 minutes walk) as they can go right to the park entrances. This was especially important for Magic Kingdom as leaving after the party at midnight, we didn’t have to go to the TTC and could get back to the hotel quickly after a long day. The hotel was clean, staff very helpful and there was a quick service eatery to purchase food & drink - there were other restaurants and bars available however due to time restrictions, we didn’t have an opportunity to try these. We also took an Uber to the Walmart in Kissimmee to purchase some bits and pieces to take back to the UK - this was 15 minutes drive and cost $11. Transfer to MCO was 25 minutes. Would highly recommend for location and standard of accommodation- thank you.
Great location but be ready for horrible service and price gouging… and then there is the resort fee.

I’ll start with the positive. Great location, decent room sizes (especially for Disney). And then there’s everything else… stay at lots of hotels mostly Marriotts and Westins, about 100 nights a year. Service wise this hotel is the worst. We had issue after issue from plugged drains to housekeeping not showing up at all. Each time we were met with a “so what” attitude and we will get to it was the common answer. I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times but the service was never this bad. I’ll add to the resort fee is a cash grab. Wifi is horrible and is unusable most of the time. Also beware that the breakfast benefit for elite status is really bad and in buffet restaurants, the menu price for continental breakfast is 21.99 and a hot buffet it’s 29.99. The vouchers cover 2 continental breakfasts buffet but if you want to upgrade to the full buffet, that’s an extra 15.00 per person. Now I’m no math major but…:: seems like price gouging to me. Next time we will try another property.
Stay away! Spend less for more at WDW Hotel!

The hotel room was pricey and add that resort fee of more than $55! WiFi is not usable it is so week and slow. Transportation to Magic Kingdom and Animal Park is slow, ran much slower than promised 20 minutes, used really old buses, and felt unsafe. They do not secure motorized wheelchairs! Transportation to other two parks is provided by Disney, and is top notch. Room service for three was delivered to us in a paper bag. Room was musty. Toiletries were cheap and smelled awful. This is not a four star hotel as they claim.
Perfect beginning of a holiday

We were here for just two nights before our Disney cruise and it was the perfect spot. Went to Epcot for a day and took the boat over which was so convenient. The hotel was beautiful with great amenities. We took advantage of the pool both nights and had the place to ourselves. I left my phone on a bench and someone turned it into the bar area so if you loose something make sure to check both spots.
