DO NOT VALET PARK WITHOUT READING! - When we arrived valet parking was very kind and courteous. They were very eager to help and that was great. The issue is the lack of transparency. We were tired and just wanted to get up to our room to get situated. We agreed to have the vehicle parked for us. We did not move our vehicle the entire trip. When we went to check out we were charged for valet parking every night of our stay. We spoke to them and explained the lack of information amd transparency we were given. Management advised they can not remove the valet charges and that basically we should have known. Extremely frustrated and disappointed in this experience.

There is construction going on at the hotel that was not disclosed when I booked or at check in. We had a rainy afternoon and came back from the parks to rest, only to hear banging all afternoon above our heads! May want to inquire before you book, or ask if you will hear construction noise at check in.

Visit was awful no sign and clear instructions on where to go directions took us to valet and to drive around for 30 mins till found someone to let us know it was the next entrance. Had to leave that parking lot to go into the next one Once in the hotel no directions on how to get to the pool or where to go to check in. Finally 30 mins later found where to go ask someone that works there where the bathrooms were to change clothes and she spoke no English could t tell me. 45 mins later found someone to tell me where the general location was Paid so much if not I would of went home right then. Pools crowded not not enough umbrellas

This property was a great way to stay at a Marriott Bonvoy partner while enjoying all the perks of staying in the "Disney Bubble". Beautiful grounds and nice options for transportation to the parks. If you decide to drive and park, it's nice to have the parking fee waived. Breakfast was good. Spent all day at the parks so didn't get to take advantage of the amenities but the movie nights and water boats seemed so fun! Must try the water taxi! Would highly recommend.

The problems are starting to outweigh the great things about the Dolphin. Long weekend stay with a room on the 12th floor that had a couch and carpet that should have been cleaned and replaced years ago. The air conditioning is not consistent so room smells like a swamp and bedding feels moist. We’ve stayed at the Dolphin over twenty five times , but likely this was our last stay! The great location and Marriott amenities can’t overcome the ridiculous shape of the rooms the last few stays. Status means nothing, Titanium elite only gets you breakfast. The resort fee and parking prices drive the price higher than most Disney properties.
