Smelly room!!! We spent the day at Epcot so when we finally got to our room it was late. Immediately upon entering we were overwhelmed by a very musty, mildew like smell. It was very overpowering like a major flood or something had happened and the musky smell was left behind. We swear we saw what appeared to be mold on grueling. We are bonvoy members so our room was even an “upgrade” from the original room we booked. The beds were only double size so very very tiny to share with spouse. I’m writing this review at 1:30am while everyone is sleeping and I’m awake from the wretched smell. My nose has been stuffy since we entered the room and I don’t suffer from allergies so it should t be like this. I’m convinced this lace has mold

The location is amazing as you can get the boat to Epcot or Hollywood studios, you can also get the bus aswell. The atmosphere was very relaxed even at peak time. Since we were coming from the uk we woke up really early because of the time difference, but was glad the breakfast place was open at 5 am so that was good. The room was also well cleaned aswell. The pool area was also really clean and loved using it in between park visits.

DO NOT VALET PARK WITHOUT READING! - When we arrived valet parking was very kind and courteous. They were very eager to help and that was great. The issue is the lack of transparency. We were tired and just wanted to get up to our room to get situated. We agreed to have the vehicle parked for us. We did not move our vehicle the entire trip. When we went to check out we were charged for valet parking every night of our stay. We spoke to them and explained the lack of information amd transparency we were given. Management advised they can not remove the valet charges and that basically we should have known. Extremely frustrated and disappointed in this experience.

There is construction going on at the hotel that was not disclosed when I booked or at check in. We had a rainy afternoon and came back from the parks to rest, only to hear banging all afternoon above our heads! May want to inquire before you book, or ask if you will hear construction noise at check in.

Visit was awful no sign and clear instructions on where to go directions took us to valet and to drive around for 30 mins till found someone to let us know it was the next entrance. Had to leave that parking lot to go into the next one Once in the hotel no directions on how to get to the pool or where to go to check in. Finally 30 mins later found where to go ask someone that works there where the bathrooms were to change clothes and she spoke no English could t tell me. 45 mins later found someone to tell me where the general location was Paid so much if not I would of went home right then. Pools crowded not not enough umbrellas
