Great place to stay closer to the parks. Clean and safe for the family. Kids enjoyed the stay. Services were excellent.

First time staying at the hotel, it was an amazing experience starting at check-in with the friendly and knowledgeable staff, room was clean and spacious, no weird smells, convenient wristband room key

Staff mostly speaks only spanish, Breakfast was discusting, club level does not worth it. Shuttle is not convinient at all.
Just a mediocre stay

We booked this hotel on a recommendation from a friend but honestly it was a huge let down. The room we had was extremely dated. The shower handle fell off in my hand. The cable didn’t work. The WiFi was spotting. They sent me several emails asking me to check in early and then when we did we never heard from them again even when it was time to check in. When we went to check in for the key at 4pm our room still wasn’t ready and housekeeping seemed annoyed when we asked when it would be. The only plus was the front desk staff was very nice and the restaurant was good. Otherwise it seemed very overpriced and we won’t be back. Don’t forget earplugs! The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the next room.

Hotel needs remodeling and updating to modern technology. Restaurant needs more options and a better check inn lobby.
