pool was fantastic beds very comfortable and clean staff was very friendly and helpful some slight problems that got fixed eventually restaurant pricing super expensive bar as well would definitely stay here again for the right price loved the bracelet they give you to have access to your room

We were there for the Advant hospital for cancer treatment and we were referred to this hotel mostly for its location.

I was here for surgery at Celebration Hospital. I felt the room was not in great condition. Broken parts, lack of service, and housekeeping banging on the door at 7am when I was resting from post operational surgery and when I asked we are still here, she said I don't know English. I understand so I had to speak in Spanish to let her know we will be here until check out and I was recovering still. I also want to add there should be shuttle service to and from the hospital to ensure patients safety and also avoid getting an Uber or Lyft. I will suggest this place again, but they do need to check with the rooms and make sure it is all updated and more importantly consider shuttle service for the hospital .

Reward member beware Hi Hotel reception was nice and checked us in early. Rooms are nice and spacious with good view. There is a lack of seating area indoor when weather is not good. Very small lobby. The whole main floor is occupied by their onsite restaurant. Beware of the the benefit rules advertising free breakfast for silver and higher guests. They only offer 1 free breakfast only if you buy one. I asked their client care to update their communication on their website but they hung up on me! I was not expecting that from Melia!!! Hope the rest goes well as we had great service back in Mexico fun this chain.
