Maybe skip this place

So… they are very nice, however, this place is far from anything relaxing or luxury. If you like a loud pool with all the cheesy wedding dance spots and games, it might be for you. On the weekends the music is loud you can’t hear yourself talk, and the music is awful. Think cross between elevator, 90’s wedding, line dance. There are not many pool chairs. Cleanliness is an issue here as well. The size of the rooms is great, but I’d rather have attention to clean detail. It’s old and run down. If you mention anything specific about room cleanliness, they still won’t clean it. We won’t be back
Avoid if you want a good nights sleep

I’ve stayed before and given good reviews before but, after deciding to return a year later, I am extremely disappointed. Extremely uncomfortable bed. My “stay well” room didn’t let me have one good nights sleep. I tossed and turned every night. Might as well put me on a concrete floor. The air purifier included in the room had never had its filter changed by the looks of it. I’m actually somewhat convinced, it made me sick. Most of the decor was ok but everything was old and beaten up looking. When told all of this, the staff offered very little to make things easier. I spent the next 3 days at home recovering from the sickness and lack of sleep from this 3 night stay.
Probably won’t be back

Nice resort, no hot water, unfriendly staff, no info given or available about resort or facilities, workout room or pool.
Amazing location, so much to do and experience!

The hotel was conveniently located near the parks (Disney and Universal), off property dining, grocery stores, and off -park property gift shops. The pool was fantastic - outdoor, heated, lots of lounge chairs/rentable cabanas, and of course the hot tub/Jacuzzi. My group didn't do pool side dining but the offerings were plentiful and could be ordered easily. Plenty of towels both in room and pool, and if you needed to dry anything quickly - laundry room is on the second floor. The one thing I really liked - the room keys! Having them on a wristband gave them a very nice Disney-resort feel...also helped make sure we didn't lose the keys.
Double charging Hotel

Stayed for business through my job who reserved the rooms, they charged my company for the group rate and then double charged my credit card on file for incidentals for the room as well. Sadly their customer service is a group in Madrid that claims there’s nothing they can do and waited several days after leaving a voicemail at the hotel without contact back yet.
