The room had a weird smell it didn’t seem like it was cleaned very well. Everything in the room was old such as worn tables bed couch and chairs, TVs were so tiny and hard to watch TV from distance it was mounted, balcony door was impossible to open, kitchen amenities were terrible not good for cooking, pool was extremely cloudy and dirty and the hot tub smelled like urine.

My wife booked this room for 1 night and when we got to the room, I was baffled why this place has such a high rating! Dirty, stained headboards, leaky shower, broken shower handle, disgusting dishwasher, mismatched bedding, one bath towel. This place is weathered to put it lightly. We are used 5+ star hotels and for 1 night, we roughed it! Never again!!!

Seems okay but if you want a peaceful stay this is not the place. It is like a nightclub by the pool with loud music playing continually. There was nothing to warn us that this would be the case. Any thoughts of lying peacefully by the pool, forget it.

Beware that this hotel is now pet-friendly. Moreover, pets are not limited to a certain section of the hotel but can be found throughout the hotel. We spent the last few nights of our vacation with a very annoying dog in the next room. Hotel staff do very little to alleviate the difficulties caused to guests who don't have pets. Breakfast is mediocre. Housekeeping is hit and miss. Walls are paper thin. You can practically hear your neighbors breathing not to mention the scads of unruly, screaming children. Utter lack of ambiance. No communication amongst personnel. Case in point: the on site gym had reopened but staff tried to stop me from going there because, in their mind, it was still off limits. Take it from someone who has travelled extensively, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!

The staff were very welcoming. The fees were quite high but had expected them after seeing previous reviews. The suite was very clean. Housekeeping visited every day and one of the housekeepers left a lovely note to wish my son a happy birthday (Yasmir I think). The hotel is in a good location for all the theme parks and has a medium sized pool. It also has a volley ball area and a mini football pitch. Had most items needed for self catering apart from an oven but does have a microwave. Overall a lovely place to stay.
