Terrible room and service. Pain in bathroom ceiling peeling, air conditioner not working, dirty room.

Had a couple of issues with the room the first day…toilet did not flush upon arrival and after using the pool/hot tub and coming in at 11pm the shower only was giving out hot water, too hot to use but both issues were corrected quickly. Love the pool and recommend renting a cabana for the day. Towels are not plentiful and when they put some out they are grabbed up quickly. I think higher up management might have been there our last day (stayed 8 days) as all of a sudden towels were stocked!! Hot tub is very nice and hot. Pool was wonderful

Beautiful hotel, it was very clean and the pool area was beautiful! We stayed here as a group and will definitely be back. The hotel itself had a very good smell to it and was very clean.
