All was great except toilet did not flush adequately and required plunging after use multiple times. Small amounts of toilet paper would clog the toilet.

We had a day room here while waiting for our flight home and we loved it so much I'm considering staying here for our next trip to Orlando! The pool was awesome, the room was way bigger than expected, super clean, and right on the first floor with a slider leading directly to the pool. The vibe was so fun and chill, and while we didn't eat there,the restaurant and bar looked amazing!

Excellent experience. One of the best hotels and experiences I’ve personally had at any hotel in Orlando. We will definitely be back again!

I was there solo on business. The atmosphere was energetic. There was love music at the restaurant the first night and he was good. Made me feel like a good time was being had by all!

We stayed at the Melia Orlando Celebration for six nights and had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel for families—our two-bedroom Level Suite was extremely spacious and perfect for traveling with young kids. While the furnishings area bit outdated, the Level experience is absolutely worth it. Daily breakfast at The Wilson was included and became a convenient treat each morning. We also enjoyed a complimentary cabana and daily access to the Level Lounge with great snacks and refreshments. The customer service was exceptional—truly the best we’ve experienced at any hotel in the United States. Every request was handled proactively and with genuine care. McKenzie from Guest Experience went above and beyond to accommodate our room change so we could have a first-floor, pool-facing suite. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. Liam at the front desk was also wonderful, and the poolside servers were consistently friendly and attentive. The pool area was a highlight of our trip—perfect for families with young children and incredibly convenient from our room. Housekeeping was outstanding as well, cleaning and restocking our room each day. Overall, Melia Orlando Celebration exceeded our expectations in service, and family-friendly amenities. We would happily stay here again.
