Dinner at Kabah tonight was delicious! Sebastian and his team were wonderful and the food was excellent! Highly recommend and would come back again and again

Our server was Alec and his menu recommendations were spot on. He was engaging, personable, and funny. The food was amazing. It was a true gastronomic experience. 5/5. Definitely recommend.

Worst Experience with an all inclusive ever. We have been coming to Mexico for 30 years and live PV. However our first night here is beyond pathetic. We were taken to our suite only to find two small beds in either side of the room. We had requested a king. Going directly back to the reception we were told there are no rooms with queens or kings and that they could put our two beds together. After 3 hours since check in this has not happened. We are told that tomorrow we may be moved to a room with a king May hmm. Went to the buffet for our first nights dinner after flying all day and the service and food was a. 2 star at best. We were already finished our first course before a waiter showed up to take our drink order Salad bar bowls were empty, hot food was cold and the deserts were sparse. Maybe 5-6 lame choices. We are staying for 9 nights and are only allowed to go to the special restaurants a total of 3 times. Seriously what did I pay for. It must be stated that I am not hard to please and have never left bad reviews but quick frankly if I could get a full refund I’d leave tomorrow. Not impressed

Went here with my family for a vacation in January. Beach was stunning, pool was perfectly kid friendly. Rooms were great. Being able to rent pickleball and tennis racquets and boogie boards were a huge plus. The food and service was great. Alec at the Kabah sushi bar in particular made the excellent meal even better with his attentive service. We will be back next year.
