It was all around great from the bellman to the Concierge. They treated us like we owned the place!!! They upgraded our room because we were celebrating our anniversary and treated us very well!!!
Grand old hotel. The staff were very helpful and responsive. One has to request ice to be delivered, bed was a bit hard

Beautiful Hotel Central to Everything

This is my second time staying here. Both times, Alejandro at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure I was well takin care of. The rest of the staff is phenomenal here as well. In addition, to amazing customer service, the hotel itself is absolutely stunning. It has a very elegant, art-deco style with a modern twist. It is centrally located to SF, and you’re never more than 15 minutes from anything. If you want to explore, you there are several boutiques, restaurants, and entertainment within a 5 minute walk. Can’t say enough about this place

Incredible hotel, fantastic bar, and restaurant. Amazing staff that are nothing but helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive! Definitely the place to stay in San Francisco!

Perfect spot for the holiday. Union Square at your doorstep, great staff (thanks Alex for carrying the heavy box!). Great food nearby.
