I visited the Beacon for the first time for a quick business trip i had and it was a very nice experience. The rooms are nice and comfy and i love the lobby area and the bar they have over there. My only dissatisfaction was a the check out when i asked the invoice to be printed for my company the lady at the front desk was rude and told me not in a nice way that "sir we are trying to be sustainable here" i mean come on...this is not the best way to say goodbye to your guest. Overall good experience

The stay was good in general & the service we received by the staff was beyond amazing, we got an early check in after 15 hrs flight & late checkout on departure day. The location of the hotel is super convenient & close to everything, restaurants & tram. Especial thank you to Wali, Alejandro & Isaak for being helpful & super friendly. We will definitely consider Beacon Grand on our next visit to SFO. Thank you.

My initial impression of the hotel was bad because of the treatment I received when I arrived early. I saw the manager the next day. The manager solved all of my issues and clarified issues caused by the person that checked me in.

Central to great shopping. Good food and great views of the city. The rooms were nicely updated. Plans to return soon.

The food and drinks at the restaurant and bars were excellent! Great music at the rooftop bar and live performances at the restaurant set a nice relaxing mood.
