Been travelling the caribbean for 23 + years. I can honestly say these are some of the best views anywhere. This hotel has THE location on the island. The food at Azul restaurant is 5 star. Rinayyah gave great service every day. Remi remembered where we liked to sit, our names and what we drank everyday. The GM , although new, is making a difference in making the property a 5 star all-around jewel. We plan to go back in 3 months..........it's that special of a place.

Good day. Let me give my review. Property is nice, nice sized and beautiful. The rooms are cleaned 2-3 times daily. Please know, if you do not have the “Do not disturb“ sign on housekeeping may come in without knocking. However, if you have the sign up and call room service they may not knock and just wait in the hallway till front desk can reach you. So “dnd” means “dnd” which was cool. The pointe pool was our favorite as there are always people around and Sheryl at the bar is a riot, good people’s. Service, is pretty good however other than the butlers who really go out of their way to anticipate your needs be ready to just articulate what it is that you need/want and they will most likely accommodate. Staff is friendly but busy as everyone that’s working is working. Drinks like any all inclusive were syrupy and not that strong but the bars and restaurants on the strip outside of the property will get you there. Unlike others, the food to us was nothing spectacular even at Azul unfortunately, I mean it was probably the best restaurant on property however we found ourselves eating at places around the property for a better selection. ***TORTUGA*** great food and very low key and just a short walk from the property. As well, the Buffett tended to offer us the best options on property. Nonetheless, Azul menu switches and it’s the best ala carte restaurant on property just couldn’t compare with TORTUGA, Rosemary’s, and Skip Jacks. We didn’t even hit Gran Case which I hear has even better options. The spa, those ladies have magic hands and the gazebo massage was breathtaking. Issues we had were minor and I believe were island issues more than the property. We had a butler suite and the ac units wasn’t getting cool enough for us Americans. We called down and they had maintenance come up to fix. Unfortunately that night they couldn’t so they provided compensation, a portable ac an fans which was an amazing resolution and recovery as it provided us with great sleep the next few days. They set it up perfectly and all was well there. The other issue was one morning the water was off for a couple of hours but it didn’t really affect us due to it being early. However, once again they resolved and recovered very well. Other than that all was well and like I say I believe those were just island glitches. Sheryl, Deneesha, Ranjeet(butlers), Yannick and Dane were top tier. All in all we had a wonderful stay. I’m going to give them 4/5 ??’s for sure. All ??
