The beaches are amazing at this hotel! The Head Chef Isaac is incredible! But so many limitations at this property that you wouldn't get at other all inclusive. The rooms with 2 beds are only twins and the sofa bed is like sleeping on cardboard. Hotel refused to provide name of General Manager - said he's new and didn't know his name. Public Relations (Yolanda) made me sign a Release in order to give me a 2 hour late check out even though my girls had diarrhea and vomiting. Although it's an all inclusive, and food is minimal, they want you to pay $22USD for chicken wings and fries

Had a great stay at Sol Caribe Beach in Varadero! The rooms were modern and comfy, and the beach and pool were awesome. The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. The wifi was a bit choppy in the evenings, but still manageable. Food was decent, typical Cuban resort fare. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it, great spot for a relaxing getaway!

I would like to give a very special mention to the amazing bar team ! Mairelis, Yoan, Yohan and Adrian truly made our stay unforgettable. From the very first day, they welcomed us with big smiles, incredible energy, and genuine kindness. Their cocktails are excellent, always perfectly prepared, but what really stands out is their attitude: professional, friendly, attentive, and always in a good mood. They create such a warm and joyful atmosphere that you instantly feel relaxed and happy to be there. Every visit to the bar felt like meeting friends rather than just being served drinks. This team is a real asset to the hotel. Their passion and positive energy make a huge difference and elevate the whole experience at Sol Caribe. Thank you so much, you are all absolutely fantastic! ???? I hope to come back soon and see you again. Highly recommended!

The resort was well maintained and clean. This is not always the case in Cuban resorts, so it was nice to see that here. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was close enough to Varadero for an easy excursion. The food was not as good as in other resorts I visited in Cuba. However, this experience can vary based on time of year and supply chain challenges. Your mileage will likely vary. The pool was very nice and the beach was beautiful. I did like the proximity of the pool to the nearby bars and snack locations. We ended up spending a lot of time there. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider a return.

We enjoyed 10 days at Sol Caribe Beach from Nov 29 Nov. - 09, Dec 2025. for my birthday celebration, wedding anniversary and my husband name day. Everything was excellent. Let start with costumer service: - the person with what we talked first was Yahima (customer service) who was very open to help us. But until we arrived to the resort she move to other one,and she left us with Roxana. Roxana one of the best costumer service person - very professional, high level skills in tourism . Roxana organized our celebrations very special with room decorations , at a la carte restaurant she surprise us with a very tasty cake. She invited us to the Canadian party where we had a lots of fun. We can say with not hesitation that Roxana and Yahima are the best in costumer service in Cuba. Thank you girls for your excellent job. 1. We stay in room 1345 it very clean and spacious. Our maid Jude always restocked our water bottles, made every day different tower decoration and cleaned well everyday. 2.Mellissa from A la Carte restaurant reservations she is so nice and help us with everything we need. 3) The beach bar- Addier and Otto were our bartenders extraordinaire. They were always with welcoming smiles, cheerful and made our drinks just right. Definitely The Brisa is the best bar with the best bartenders. 4) The Bars --lobby Fresh bar - remarkably her is MAIDELYS , other bartenders were great and the bar was fully stocked to satisfy all tastes. - 24 our bars Yarleny we had drinks the minute we asked and she greeted us with a huge smile all the time; 5.Buffet -the food was repetitive but we find all the time something to eat. 6, A la Carte restaurants - we had our celebrations to the Parole restaurant and we like to thank you to Diana Laura,,Yandi y Juan Carlos, Llianys Hermandez Urquiza, Leodannys for the making perfect our celebrations; -Salt and pepper we had a great experience with Greisy. 5.The beach was beautiful, the water was crystal and warm , the sand and the weather was beautiful. The water was warm and the weather 28-30 degree. We went in different resorts in Cuba but in our opinion Sol Caribe Beach is the best resort with the best people and the best beach in Cuba. We made a lots of friends in Sol Caribe Beach who became part of our family. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a good time in Cuba. We are not going two times in same resort but we are thinking to come back next year.
