Awesome experience at this tourist resort where the beauty of the nature plus the warmth of the staff will make this episode unforgettable. Special thanks to Daily where the swimming towels are delivered. To Jessica and her voice like an angel singing every happy birthday and to so many others for their attention and care. These have been the best 4 days of my life where relax and fun have been all together. I can't wait to come back next year. Take my word for granted. You won't regret visiting this piece of paradise.

We stayed at Hotel Caribe Varadero and overall had a very good experience. The first two days were a bit cold, but after that the sun came out and the weather turned beautiful for the rest of our stay. The food was good and we never had any issues. There was always something to eat — chicken, pork, fish — and staples like rice and pasta were always available. We never went hungry and there was always enough choice. The alcohol selection was also great; we never felt like anything was missing. We also never had any problems with electricity or basic supplies. There was always toilet paper, always power — everything worked as it should, which is important when you travel. Another big plus was the service. It was honestly out of this world. The staff were very attentive and helpful. There were always drivers available downstairs at the hotel who would take us wherever we wanted to go, which made everything very easy and convenient.

Minus the weather, the hotel was nice. Could use signs to know where the restaurants and gym are but great service. Johnny one of the servers had exceptional and great service and was so kind! A free off the servers we noticed were racist as we can tell because we were the only black people there. One server in particular kept giving us excuses why she couldn’t serve us while serving the other non black people. Over all was a great trip minus the weather.

Service, food & accommodations we're all excellent. Everyone was very friendly & accommodating. We hope to be able to return soon!
