I am very sad to write this review because we have frequented this property many times (2-3 x a year) over the last four to five years but in the last year, I am noticing that the “premium” service no longer exists. When we first visited, we would have an assigned butler and if not for our floor, for our section. We hardly used the butler but for the few times we needed help booking restaurant reservations etc, it was nice to have someone who could assist or confirm. Now, we call the premium number and there are operators who seem tired of the requests and frankly, sound like they just want to punt you to the next person. I had to call at least three times separately to fix reservation issues. They now have this automated email sent to your email once you set restaurant reservations which sounds good….if it works. I guess it’s a new system. Don’t get me wrong, the amenities are great, food is great and staff are still wonderful (minus some of the male premium service operators via phone) but the five star service is beginning to decline. Hope this review will help management. I’m also an Expedia Platinum member but booked direct this time. Hate leaving this review but being honest will hopefully help other travelers looking for a five star experience.

We had an amazing vacation at Garza Blanca, Los Cabos. The hotel is beautiful and the food is amazing. Our butlers Daniel and Luis helped us with all our needs to make our stay enjoyable and relaxing.

We have been coming to Garza Blanca Resort & Spa for the past three years, and honestly, I don’t even know where to begin. I have stayed at many resorts throughout Mexico, but hands down, Garza Blanca is at the very top of my list. We loved it so much that we decided to purchase a membership—and it was one of the best decisions we’ve made. The staff is exceptional and truly goes above and beyond to make sure every part of your stay is enjoyable and memorable. I especially want to recognize Berenice from the membership concierge She has been incredibly helpful and attentive, from the moment you check in until the day you leave the resort. Her professionalism and genuine care make a huge difference. We visit at least twice a year, and the absolute best time to come is New Year’s. Their beachside New Year’s Eve party is unforgettable—amazing food stations, a fantastic atmosphere, and the highlight of the night: the fireworks. They are absolutely spectacular. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious, memorable, and truly special experience in Mexico.

spent 4 nights at the resort for a family reunion. we chose the all inclusive option. washer, dryer and kitchen in each unit.

Garza Blanca in Cabo truly feels like a second home to our family. We return year after year since the day Garza opened their doors, and the reason is simple: the UNBELIEVABLE STAFF. While the resort is beautiful and the food is good, it’s the EXCEPTIONAL staff who make every stay unforgettable. I wish I could take every one of them home with me ;)) From booking and check-in with the AMAZING Andrea, Bernice Fuento, and Jessica, to the wonderful teams throughout the resort, we are always made to feel welcomed and cared for. Special shout-outs to: Andrea, Bernice Fuento, and Jessica (booking & check-in) Leo & Ulises (Best butlers ever) ?Crescencio (Asian restaurant) Guillermo, Salvador, Aaron, Magda, Loreto, Armando, and Silvia (Pool) Rogelio, Esteban, and Daniel (Rooftop); Javier and Sergio (NOI - Italian restaurant) Leo, Jose Torres, Uries, Lucendo, and Ruben F. (Steakhouse) Adrian, Alexis, Alan Andres, Jonathan, Lizette, Alondra, Fernando, Cristian, Alejandro, and Estrella (Breakfast) Ana at the Spa. The warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shown by every single staff member is unmatched. BEST PEOLE EVER!!!!! We can’t wait to return .. again and again ??????
