“Do you believe in miracles” as we escaped snowstorm in NJ.

Second time visiting The Reni. From the service,room,food,cocktails it was first place bar none. Everyday was spent at flamingo beach except Wednesday was spent on Delphi’s snorkel trip. People were amazing, friendly courteous and cannot wait to return. Bought a jewelry piece to return home with. Gambling was tons of fun. Housekeeping was wonderful. Room cleaned impeccable everyday. Amazing vacation.

Fantastic vacation

Amazing property very well maintained with outstanding service and amenities. Food, drink, service, gym and location 10 out of 10. The ferry to private flamingo island is wonderful. I’m 70 and extensively world traveled. Anyone complaining about this property is high maintenance.

Awesome Navigator

Jonathan Tentativa was our Navigator at the Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort, and he was absolutely amazing !He thoughtfully scheduled all of our restaurants and adventures for the week, and every single recommendation exceeded our expectations. Jonathan greeted us every day with a smile and was always available to offer advice or help with anything we needed. He truly made our stay unforgettable!

Amazing vacation

My husband and I come to Aruba every year and stay at the Renaissance and are never disappointed. The resort is beautiful and the staff is so friendly and professional. The private island truly is paradise. We love Aquarius for dinner, the food is amazing and the service exceptional. Special thank you to Adriana at Aquarius, the best server! She treats us like family and makes every interaction enjoyable. Look forward to coming back next year.

False advertising, waste of money, blaming others

Abhorrent. I checked in a few hours ago and I'm already looking for a way to get my money back. What the 'resort' doesn't tell you: - 9 restaurants is realistically 2 due to the resort being split across 3 locations (the family section, the tower, and the private island). Within the 9 restaurants you can include 2 identical 'bars' and a Starbucks. - Island view means you get to either look at a Zara building and a busy roundabout, or a dodgy parking lot next door. The other side is the main road and/or cruise ships - Pool access either refers to a pool next to the literal main road or another property that's a 5-10 minute walk along the aforementioned busy road - Sound proofing is minimal as you can regularly hear people walking down the hallways or the cars outside What an absolute waste of money. I've stayed in Ibis hotels which provide a greater vacation feeling. If all you want to do is sit in one of the 3 casinos or shop at the same 6 stores you find in every city, go here. If you want any feelings of vacation or relaxation, you'd be better off pitching a tent. I'll be attempting to do a chargeback on my credit card for the blatant false advertising. Also, upon requesting a room change due to how poor the first one was, I was told I should've booked via the Marriott app as apparently Amex doesn't provide the right information.
