His courteous attitude and genuine concern for finding a prompt solution greatly contributed to resolving the situation satisfactorily and made our experience much more positive. This is our second day here, checked in last night to a pool access room. We're in building 14 and when we were checking in they mentioned they were doing construction but it wouldn't affect us . It's literally in front of our room! They started at 9 am and woke us up after a long day traveling. Bed is also uncomfortable and ac is not that cold. We payed so much money to be here and this is our first impression.

This is a 6 star plus resort with amazing facilities, food and people. We look forward to staying here again!
