Very informative and entertaining both Angel and Rosy were great hosts

Very clean. Friendly staff. The spa was wonderful. Nice rooms, but several outlets didn’t work. I enjoyed the paddleboard lessons. Would have liked more activities included in the all- inclusive.

It is completely exhausting to spend your time and money only to end up managing the hotel's internal staff issues instead of enjoying your stay. When the front desk is indifferent, the concierge leaves you hanging, and the kitchen is highly inconsistent, it means the property is suffering from a fundamental management breakdown.

PERFECTION from location, room, restaurants , pool, crowd, especially the staffs. Communications using whatsapp was a breeze! Mr. Daniel Hernandez from concierge promptly answered my questions & requests. Shoutout to Melissa in Registration, Anna In Concierge for assisting me with restaurants reservation . We didnt have any issue with the food , big variety! Thank you to the following people: @ Isla: Leon,Joshua,Diego & Angel. @ the india rest: Rolando . @Poseidon:Diego. @ Japanese rest: Armando. @ Portifino:Gerardo . But our favorite was the El Dorado , the server (im sorry i forgot his name) was excellent, food was superb. The head of restaurant services Janet & assistant Julio even greeted us , checked on us several times , we felt like VIPs.

The workers were, are amazing…the food, at least the food my wife and I had was excellent! Overall experience was a bummer and disappointing ! Rest of my extended family thought the food was okay, good at best! My wife and I had a great food experience ! Sadly though…Hot room when first entering and getting checked in. Door handle falling out of door when going into room for first time. Room and bathroom was filthy. One sink handle came off sink. Refrigerator was busted and not working when we got into room with all the drinks and snacks hot. sheets were replaced one morning and had stains on them. Very warm and hot room throughout the trip. Never got cold. Would not recommend to any friend or family and would not stay again because of the horrible room stay and welcoming. Again, workers and food was, were excellent and were the only saving grace!
