the food was really good and the show was engaging. Esteban and Danielle was really nice and service was good.

My family and I were surprised that this resort did not cater towards families with kids. Staff were not attentive to us during breakfast or dinner at Isla Blanca buffet restaurant. Drinks did not come out in a timely manner. We had to wait over 5-10 mins to get a high chair. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Staff looked like they were not happy when taking our drink order. Had an attitude and weren’t pleasant. Except Alfonzo who was delighted to be there and assist. We also tipped very well. EVERY single time.

We returned yesterday and these are our thoughts of the resort. We are a family of four with two teenage children. All staff were amazing, from every single member of staff- gardeners, cleaners, cart drivers- there are too many names to mention. However we do want to mention a few, the pop people kept us thoroughly entertained for the full two weeks starting with archery in the morning with pool biking or aqua gym, volleyball or blackjack in the afternoon and a range of food and drink classes including making guacamole, tequila tasting margarita classes, and cocktail making alongside bracelet making and painting amongst others. There was a range of activities for both adults, teenagers and younger children. Reinhard, Carlos, Jesús, Emiliano, and Ruben were of the best- fun, friendly, and really made our holiday extra special. We’d also like to mention especially Hugo and Diego make exceptional drinks and worked especially hard during the World Cup trying to serve everybody quickly at the splash pool bar, Rubi always had a our drinks and hash browns ready for breakfast at the nest, Jesús at the travel club pool particularly stood out- always with a smile and checked in with us everyday. We stayed in building 12 and every butler especially Victor helped with everything, from dinner reservations to advice about the local area- all were very knowledgeable and helpful. We went to all à la carte restaurants and all buffets and bars, the coffee shop was amazing for a morning frappe or milkshake. The buffets were varied and very good food. Portofino, el dorado, and la Adelita were particular favourites of ours. The beach was amazing, white sand, and clear waters everyday. Thank you to all staff for everything, we can’t wait to come back.
