Extremely disappointing experience at Hotel Palladium Costa Mujeres. From the beginning, check-in was disorganized and we faced a long wait just to receive our room. Service throughout the stay was poor — restaurants ran out of basic items like coffee and prosecco for mimosas, and our room was not properly restocked with water. We had to call four separate times before someone finally brought water to the room. The beach cleanup station was not functioning and several areas appeared poorly maintained. Most employees were unhelpful and lacked urgency or problem-solving skills when issues were raised. Overall, this was far below expectations for a resort vacation. I would not return and would not recommend this hotel to others.

The quality of Grand Palladium resorts has gone downhill and this was definitely worst experience as a Travel Club member. Warning for family and couples visiting that the service and variety of food has gone significantly bad.we will not be coming back.

We had a Fabulous trip. Carlos, Leo, Aldo, Oliver, Katy went above and beyond. Pool and the beach were amazing!

Me and my boyfriend stayed for 8 days, and we had a great time! We loved our room; we just went with the most basic selection. They had extra pillows in the closet, but lacked replacing our towels with new ones. A great card to place on the bed to change the linens and a convenient light by the door to notify them to either clean the room or do not disturb, which was lovely. Easy to sleep unless the person above or next to you is loud. Transportation inside was generally easy except from your hotel building. The service on the first 4 days was great, and then it started to slow down. We love to tip, but when it's deserved (which we did for our favorites). However, there were two times at the buffet when we had no one come up and ask us for our drinks, and one of those times it was dead (like no one was in there). The buffet was pretty typical, but mostly the same meals. The lunch buffet lacked severely and we were sick of it by the 5th day. The issue I have staying at the main area of the Grand Palladium select is that even as an adult you didn't have access to TRS or the family selection side, which is where the only other buffet was. The Japanese restaurant was absolutely incredible and we honestly would've gone here 3-4 more times if we knew (hibachi was fun but the normal dining was our favorite. The Italian was so great too. Mexican was good if you ordered the right things, but the steakhouse was terrible. The sports bar was actually the worst I've ever experienced (I've been to the grand palladium white sands sports bar and it was 100X better than this crap (do not go even for drinks)). The only other thing that was an issue was the drive. After the highway, it's on a one-way road for a while, very bumpy (which is typical, but this is on another level - not for those who get car sick easily) Ultimately, it was a good experience, but I wouldn't choose this same resort or I would recommend doing TRS.
