A great stay at Krystal Grand Altitude! A few employees to give a shout out: Jeronimo and Jair specifically, but so many more gave us great service wherever we were relaxing, dining, or drinking. We only ate at the main tower buffet once on the day of arrival; it was decent food, but not a huge selection. The beverage service was very slow at the main tower buffet. If we had to eat here regularly that might have changed my review. The à la carte restaurants were good, especially for all inclusive. We’ve stayed at many all inclusive resorts and don’t expect much from a food perspective, but the food actually was flavorful. À la carte restaurants included Italian, our favorite, Asian, which includes the hibachi, and a grill. The Asian was very loud due to the hibachi chef show. Hibachi is also extremely hard to get a seat at the table. We did not accomplish this during our 6 night stay. The grill had decent food, but was also loud due to the entertainment right outside the restaurant. The beach is absolutely beautiful with calm swimming water due to a manmade breakwall. The beach is large with very soft sand. No need for beach shoes here. The chair game at the beach was interesting on the weekends, but week days it wasn’t hard to get a chair at beach or pool. The entertainment staff really cater to families with children. Lots of fun activities in the pool. Our rooms were clean, modern, and in good shape. We had a city view, but had a good view of the ocean to the northwest. We also had an oceanfront, which was beautiful. Housekeeping was great. Our fridge was stocked with Tecate regular and lite, plus sodas and water bottles. This hotel was booked last minute, but it turned out to be a true gem. Thanks team for a wonderful stay! We will return!

Alejo and oswaldo at red fish were amazing and fast super professional. They made it an amazing and pleasant dining experience. We will definitely be back. They are super welcoming. Will not be our last time here ??

Alejo from the Ceviche restaurant was very friendly and nice. Fast, efficient and organized service. Also, Kevin the bartender was amazing! He will give you the best recommendation for drinks if you ask him to surprise you. The overall hotel stay at Krystal Grand was great. I would recommend it to others!
