Location really good, the beach is calm in that section of the ocean, staff were good, entertainment team is awesome, they keep you entertained, hotel is clean, outdated but clean, food menu is limited, hard liquor is limited, but you are in the hotel zone so you can go outside and get you something else if you want too, (spend extra money of course) my housekeeper very professional, Rocio the receptionist was really good. But for the price that I paid with TRIVAGO DEALS, and few hiccups that I had in the hotel, is something that I considered not coming back.

Beautiful beach but very public. This beach is a hangout for locals. Way too much trash and umbrellas blocking the view. Food is very typical of all AI resorts. The buffet has a very limited selection. The resort is focused on kids. The kid pool is also the only pool with a bar. The adult pool is smallest on resort with only 18 lounge chairs. Entertainment was outside, loud and late. Service was adequate at best. This was definitely a miss for us as we come to cancun to relax not listen to yelling kids or cartoon music. Main bar was closed for 3 days to decorate.

The resort is located right on the beach and very close to town about a 10 minute walk… close to lots of shopping and restaurants… The À la carte restaurants were amazing. The French restaurant was our favourite and the Japanese restaurant … all the staff were very accommodating …great customer service.! We upgraded to the Altitude Club and stayed in a king suite in the Altitude Tower… it was well worth the extra money… u get lots of perks with the Club Altitude .. access to the Infinity pool, concierge service, exclusive dining , 24 hr , express check in, 24 hour room service and much more…. We had an amazing vacation and we will be back soon??

Service is very poor, no variety of food, very disinterested waiters. The hotel had a hidden charges. Very bad hotel. I do not recommended. I visited Cancun about 15 times and this was the worst.

My first experience getting a massage and it was the most amazing experience. Yahaira was so gentle and soothing. She really made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Definitely recommend this spa to anyone staying in Cancun.
