Great staff and location. Definitely lives up to the party reputation. Connecting rooms (1 & 2 bed) with kiddos. Food was great especially Toro and Ciao. Daily pool side grab & go. Amazing service. Wished there was more Rock music (it's in the name right).

My family and I spent a week at the Hard Rock Cancun. We had a large two bedroom suite for the six of us, overlooking the ocean and the swimming pools. While noisy at times, we were right near the action. All of the restaurants serve good food (although we didn't love the tepanyaki table), with enough choices for the pickiest of eaters. The atmosphere is like it is in all the Hard Rock hotels: bright, noisy, busy and with something happening around every corner. We only attended one evening show, likely the best one: the African inspired show which left most of us breathless. The service level is generally good. While I met very few of the staff, the few that do stand out deserve mention: Our waiter Manuel at Ciao, and all of the entertainment staff: Uriel, Jonathan, Christopher, Marco, Aylene, Jair and whoever else is on the team whose name I might have missed. This was very good with younger children, based on the size and amenities. Older kids and teens might find it a bit boring. I did see a Roxy Club for small kids but nothing for older ones. (We might well have missed it.) The location is perfect, on the Cancun hotel strip not far from the airport. The property is clean and well kept, although I understand that they are about to go through a renovation in the new year. Overall a very positive experience and one we hope to repeat.

We had a great time at HRC! The resort will be getting updated soon, but the beach/ocean are perfect! Th food was good, atmosphere was great, and our butler, Jessy, was amazing! She was extremely helpful in everything from beach and pool chairs, to dinner reservations, made a huge difference having her assist us during our vacation. Totally worth every penny, hope to be back again soon!

The hotel was ok. The first room had views of the rooftop fans and smelt like Asian food. Our trip advisor Jessy help switch rooms to a better view. The ac leaked all night and we had to put a trash can and empty every hour. Maintenance fixed it the next morning. Jessy however went above and beyond everyday to make sure we were comfortable, had dinners planned and reserved, suggestions and day trip bookings, and times of daily events. From check in to check out, she made the whole stay worthwhile. The hotel was fairly nice. Daily music choice was sub par for a hard rock. I guess play into guests. I would’ve expected more rock n roll. Butler service and every other service made this place great. The workers really do their best to make sure you’re comfortable. Safe, great beach and pool, decent food, and somewhat convenient location. Breakfast was nice and our outdoor servers were so tentative. Carlos and Francisco took excellent care of us.

Our butler was excellent, she got our dinner reservations done, beach chairs we're reserved, transportation to and from airport was on time, room was just what we wanted especially the location, she checked up on us throughout the week and made herself available if we needed anything, she was great, thanks to Jessy our vacation was awesome.
