My wife and I recently spent a week here and loved our stay! We decided to do the all-inclusive package and really found it to be worth it! Our room was great, very spacious and had a balcony overlooking the man-made lagoon. The location is amazing, right next to shopping and restaurants and a short walk to the famous Queen Emma bridge and the downtown area. With the all-inclusive plan we were able to get wine/beer/liquor drinks (with the exception of very expensive upgrades which is understandable) and food at all of their places. They have a lot of variety for meals throughout the day and it was also great that the plan included Starbucks which was awesome. The hotel doesn't have a natural beach but they created an amazing saltwater lagoon that is filled each day from the ocean along with a sandy beach and a small pool both of which have an infinity edge. I also want to mention the amazing staff! Andy and Rai at the Nautilus Lobby Bar were great to talk to at the end of long days of fun. By the pool Romario, Ivoriee and Bianca were fantastic. Overall, the location, the price, the all-inclusive options and the amazing staff made a great vacation. We will be back!

It’s a great location, right next to a lot of shopping and restaurants, and easily walkable to the bridge. However, it’s also right next to the cruise terminal, so it certainly has a touristy vibe, and can be loud, as opposed to a more natural, secluded beach feel that other resorts might have. There’s also no beach, but the infinity pool gives the impression of a beach with a sandy bottom and looking out over the water beyond. The servers by the pool were great as well. We really enjoyed our stay, but this hotel might not be for everyone.

Phenomenal time. Excellent location- walking distance to everything. The man mad beach was excellent. Great breakfast. Amazing overall!

We stayed at the Renaissance Wind Creek Curaçao Resort and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the customer service was excellent. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care. When we raised an issue, the team was attentive and concerned, which I really appreciated. Our room (302) also had a lovely ocean view, which was a highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the noise level was a major issue for me. If you are sensitive to noise, I would not recommend staying here. Our room was situated between two bars, adjacent to busy shops and the cruise port, and there always seemed to be loud music playing at night. New Year’s Eve was a complete disaster — the music didn’t stop until around 3 a.m. At one point, I was so desperate for quiet that I ended up sitting outside my room on the floor in my bathrobe. The breakfast buffet was disappointing and not worth the $30 USD per person. Basic items frequently ran out and were not replenished quickly enough to keep up with the number of guests. The room itself also needs updating. The bathroom bathtub had visible mold, and the dressers in the room were broken, which detracted from the overall comfort and quality of the stay. If I were to return to Curaçao, I would personally choose to stay at the Marriott Beach Resort instead, which is much nicer, and rent a car to visit the city when desired — it’s only about a 6-minute drive. Overall, wonderful staff and a great location for nightlife and cruise-port access, but not the right fit if you’re looking for peace, quiet, or a more refined resort experience.

We stayed at Renaissance Wind Creek Curaçao Resort in 2019 and loved it, which makes this experience especially disappointing. In just six years, the property has deteriorated to the point of being toxic and uninhabitable. Upon arrival, the shower was covered in visible mold, and the bathroom door was warped from water damage—something that does not happen without prolonged moisture or flooding. Due to the condition of the shower, I did not shower that night. While the room itself appeared cleaned, these were clearly maintenance and building-care failures, not housekeeping issues. Tile showers in hotels require strict mold-prevention protocols, which are clearly lacking here. Dresser drawers were also damaged and worn. At $500 per night, this is unacceptable. We requested a room change and were shown a large suite that was far worse—overpowering mold odor, rust, black mold, and extensive damage throughout. That room should not be offered to guests under any circumstances. A third room was provided where mold appeared to be covered up rather than remediated. We stayed one night and left the property early, moving to another hotel. Wellness & safety concerns: This property poses serious health risks. Mold exposure is toxic, and the lack of visible remediation, moisture control, and long-term maintenance is alarming. Even the pool area felt dirty and run down. For wellness-minded or health-conscious travelers, this hotel should be avoided entirely. Location & view: The location is good, and the ocean view was still nice—but that does not outweigh the condition of the property. Overall: This hotel has declined dramatically. What was once a wonderful stay is now a severe maintenance failure. Very disappointing and honestly shocking given our positive experience in 2019.
