Good spot for a nice hotel.

We booked this hotel as part of a travel deal through Costco. It's located just a block off the cruise terminal, so you do have all the regular cruise tourist shops on the lower level, but there is also a bunch of places within walking distance for food and drink. The hotel was quiet for the most part as long as you keep the balcony door closed. There is a fair amount of street noise but the inside of the room is quiet. Everything was clean and the daily maid service was spot on. The infinity pool is a nice place to hang out during the day. The parking in the ramp on the other side of the street was free and ample. The best part IMO was the staff was all super friendly from the front desk to the door people.
Great resort

Great resort. We stayed here early February 2026. It was great. The beach was very nice-no shells or fish as it is on the second floor of the resort. We had great service especially by Bianca. She was extremely attentive and pleasant. She remembered our room numbers and drinks. Jorge at the Nautilus was always smiling and helpful. Stephen was a great server. The buffet was excellent. We had all inclusive which I would strongly recommend. The bartenders at the Nautilus were extremely friendly. Sandra was also a welcome face to see. The only downside was the Its 5:00 Somewhere bar. The service was slow at times and the food cold at times. But it improved after we complained. Outside the resort was great! We walked across the Old Lady Swinging Bridge in to Willemstad several times. The Old Lady Swinging Brewery was also a pleasant surprise. The town of Willemstad was delightful-the colors are beautiful. We will be back!
Incredibly awesome.

Excellent 5 star hotel. Ideal for person who wants waterfront with easy walking access to city. If you didn’t want to eat here then within 3 minutes walking there are numerous restaurants. Cinema and car rental across the street. 2 Starbucks cafes inside and across the street. Bus station within 2 minutes. Only negative is if you want “Long “ Beaches to walk along then this isn’t the resort for you. Other negative is it can get very hot away from the beach, so this may curtail exploration a bit by foot. Bring a sun umbrella.
High end, really pricey, Infinity Pool as cool.

Infinity saltwater pool is really nice, and t's BIG. Just look at the arial view. Bar-food servers on the beach. Mary Dee in the 5 O'Clock Somewhere bar was great! Very interactive, helpful, fun, provided local info. It is Pricey though, as you should expect. There is a 10% gratuity added to everything, so when you add a tip, keep in mind you already tipped 10%. Had to move our reservation out 1 day due to Weather issues in the U.S. When I made the change on-line, it kicked me out, cancelled the whole thing. I went back to re-book (w/in 2 minutes) it had no availability for the middle of our trip (some Carnival going on) but it was the middle of our current reservation so some auto-robot code must have been polling and grabbed it. Lifetime Titanium membership and multiple conversations couldn't re-instate it. Long post-short. We had to pack and move out to the Courtyard mid-trip, then check back in again to finish the trip. It is a 2 block walk around a baseball field to the Courtyard. We liked it there better. Regular outdoor pool, less people, more relaxed, and the buffet breakfast was better, as well as less than half the price. Dinner meals were really good as well.
Happy with my choice

Great location with pleasant staff. The meal prices at the in house restaurant are higher but the food is well prepared and staff are very attentive. Hotel is clean by a little more attention to mould in the shower would help. There is also a unique beach/ infinity pool with loungers, chairs and palm trees. I would stay again if the price was competitive.
