The location was convenient, close to shopping, restaurants and across from the beach. The service was amazing! Check in and check out was quick and easy. The room was ocean view with gorgeous sunrises. The only downfall of our room was that it had cockroaches (Rm 505). When we requested a new room, the receptionist was apologetic and immediately got us a new room with a view and I saw the Terminex truck show up shortly afterwards. Everyone at the resort was very friendly, helpful, and pleasant. Breakfasts were very good and having lounge chairs available at the beach was a plus.

Really nice hotel with great amenities and by the beach. Kristina at the front desk made check-in really simple and answered all my questions. Would come back!

Our family of three stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday, and we had such a wonderful experience. We bought our son a remote-control car to keep him entertained, only to realize we forgot a screwdriver and even had the wrong batteries. When we reached out to the front desk, they kindly offered to send someone from maintenance. Kenneth from the engineering department arrived, and he went above and beyond for us. Not only was he incredibly pleasant, but he also took it upon himself to track down the correct batteries and make sure our son’s toy was working perfectly. His kindness truly made our stay even better. We are so grateful for Kenneth and the exceptional service we received. Highly recommend!

My husband and I would like to give very special thank you and are truly grateful to have met Sahily at the restaurant in Bahia Mar Ft Lauderdale. She always professional and courteous. She makes us feel very welcome and at home. She pays attention to details and always remembers our names, what we like to eat and our favorite drinks. She also informs us of any events or activities occurring in the area. We continue to return every year since 2022 because we know that she will be there to take care of us. This hotel is beautifully situated across from Fort Lauderdale beach and a very good location, a short walk from the main strip. The facilities are really good, with a great pool, reserved area on the beach opposite the hotel, and a good fitness centre. There's a nice bar in the lobby and they do a great buffet breakfast in the hotel. The rooms are a good size and well maintained. Our one had a sea view which was amazing and a small balcony that one person can stand on. Room cleaning was really good and efficient each day. There's a market/deli store on site, a coffee shop plus bike rentals. Reception and bar staff (especially Julie) are amazing. The only downside was one lift was out of order the whole stay, which made for long wait times. Overall would recommend.
