They over charge me 360 dollars don't even know why is why I ththey are scam. In s why vegas is getting dry people is tired of casinos like mgm scam them

The customer service at the hotel was horrible. The staff answered all of our questions with rude remarks. There was also urine on my toilet at check-in and a crib was delivered to my room and left there without my request. I did not travel with children.

The resort is well run but if the inflated food/drink costs and huge house advantage table games are an issue, I’d stay out of MGM Resorts. It’s not like the rest of the Strip is much better but it feels like they attempt to max out profit on your every move. $10.84 Heineken bottle in sports book, $34 chicken cutlet, $28 salad. It’s like never leaving the airport.

MGM is wonderful hotel and casino. Rooms are clean. Bed is so comfortable. Love all the lights and plugs near the bed. The fridge in the room is a bonus. Only wish they had a tea or coffee pot in the room! Starbucks is on the first floor. Location is on the south end of the strip. Easy to get to the strip, walk across to New York and Excalibur. Tram takes you to other hotels mid strip! Every machine you like is there!

It was by far the worst experience out of all the mgm properties we have stayed out. I had family visiting from out of the country and the impression they have of vegas is now tainted because of how rude the staff was and hoe we were treated. Would not recommend.
