Wonderful experience with my family! My 7 year old son’s first time to Vegas and he wasn’t ready to leave! Beautiful views, comfy rooms, lots and lots of entertainment/shopping!

My most recent stay at MGM on January 1, 2026 was extremely disappointing. I have stayed at MGM during my last eight trips to Las Vegas, and this was the first time I experienced such poor service. Despite booking my reservation months in advance and consistently requesting a room on a high floor, I was placed on the second floor in an older tower I was not even aware existed. Additionally, while gambling, it was nearly impossible to receive drink service. Throughout my three-day stay, I repeatedly had to leave my machine to purchase drinks at the bar. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to decide that this will be my last stay at MGM.
Good upgraded rooms

Good refurbed rooms! Having stayed at the MGM many times for work I was so happy to experience the upgraded new rooms. Check in and checkout were super easy and friendly staff - especially May who wrote me a lovely note. The room upgrades with the removal of the old baths and new furniture was great.
