Very clean and convenient location. Everything is walkable and close by. Hotel was very nice and modern. Large lobby and lounge area. Aliyah was very friendly and gave us some very good breakfast recommendations when we checked out. Would recommend and come back

I have been staying at the Suncoast Tapestry Anaheim Hotel for the last seven years, and unfortunately, my experience during my November 2025 stay was disappointing. The front desk staff was noticeably unfriendly throughout my visit. Guests, including myself, consistently greeted them with “good morning” or “good afternoon,” yet they rarely responded. On November 20, I checked out at 9:20 a.m. and informed the front desk staff directly. They did not acknowledge me, and my checkout receipt inaccurately states that I checked out at noon. This is unacceptable and misleading. The staff is in serious need of customer service training. After years of being a loyal guest, I no longer feel inclined to stay at this hotel.

This hotel does not meet the description of tapestry collection from Hilton in any way shape or form. There’s no real restaurant there’s no ambience. It’s like checking into a motel six or old style. Best Western. They goofed up our charges for our first two days charging us for a suite not a regular room and my companion room had the same difficulty. Also on the first night the companion room that I booked for my daughter and her family was on a side of the hotel that had so much traffic noise that you could not even get to sleep. They were good and tired and the noise level was so high that they really didn’t sleep at all. As far as the room I was in the drawers were stuck closed. One of the doors was hanging off the cabinet. The extra blanket was frayed and had holes in it that we put on the bed. We also had a handicap accessible room in the floor in the shower was so slick. My wife nearly broke her neck. The hotel response was quite nonchalant and I had to demand two non stick bath mats for in the shower a floor mat and a shower chair for our safety. We also put a handle up with suction cups in order to use the shower. I am not one to complain, but this hotel clearly does not meet any Hilton criteria and their accommodations and adjustments were the bare minimum at best. I did speak to the manager, and they were very nonchalant about the difficulties we had faced and the adjustments were at the last minute rate and not the rate that was in effect when we booked in advance The hotel is not one I would recommend for people who are looking for a nice refuge after a day at Disneyland and not a luxury boutique hotel in any way
