Very beautiful, the cleaning lady’s did an amazing job everyday. I would say the best food came from the buffet & prefer it over the restaurants :) everyone’s very friendly as well!

Great experience at this resort. The water park and kids area was a big hit. The entertainment team (Tino, Daniella, Alexandra and others) provided lots to do and great shows. Love that the resort is by the beach and you don’t have to walk a lot to get to stuff.

The staff makes this place awesome! It is an all inclusive mid price range resort but the staff! Wow! They were so gracious and accommodating and welcoming. Moses at the pool bar, Guieremmo at the adult pool, Luis at the pool bar, Erick in the lobby bar, the entertainers, waitstaff, front desk, housekeeping. Everyone! Pool’s are beautiful and clean. Restaurants are good, drinks are plentiful, lots of meal options. The only complaint we have is that if you aren’t up and in a lounger by a pool by 6:30 am I wish you luck finding a chair. Very frustrating that people reserve chairs then don’t show up for hours. Would like to see security enforcing the no reserving of chairs policy. There seriously was almost a fight one morning over a chair which is just silly. We had a great time - second time at this resort and won’t be our last!
