Israel and Fidel took care of us at the pool. They were attentive and wonderful! I wanted a drink that was not on the menu and they made it for me and it was delicious.

Aura Spa massage was amazing. Blanka gave me a fabulous treatment; I had a shoulder injury going in and she actually healed it up. I am going back again.

Excellent experience!! Our couples massage was exceptional! Yuridia and Jessica provided Excellent service and they have me and my husband a very relaxing massage!! Thank you!!

Tesoro is an amazing place to stay in cabo. The drinks and food were amazing, the service was INCREDIBLE- everyone working was so nice, and the rooms were lovely and clean. The only downside I can think of is it is a bit noisy being right in the city on the marina- which is to be expected! Tesoro is in a perfect location to explore everything there is to see on the marina!

The hotel itself was decent, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. The staff member handling the daytime mini-tour bookings his name was José, I believe was extremely rude. Unfortunately, I also noticed a lot of discrimination toward non-American visitors like (Hispanics or Latinos) . I travel to Cabos twice a year, and I’ve never felt so unwelcome. The reception staff in particular did not make us feel greeted or appreciated. On a positive note, the food was excellent. The breakfast team was wonderful—Oswaldo and a few others whose names I can’t recall were incredibly kind and attentive. HECTOR was phenomenal, truly a sweetheart, and John from the dinner area was amazing as well.
