8 years in a row staying in this resort obviously gets me the ability to compare. This year was a total disaster. The worst thing is that every issue was blamed on the hurricane and lack of staff. This is not my problem. Either open with the proper staff or do not wast my money and time

Althea & Bajio & Wesley are wonderful entertainment team. Always variety of activities. Brilliant with my son always making him smile. Always good music not to loud. Very clean. Pool is cleaned everyday. Amazing gardeners. Always maintaining the grounds.

Staff were fantastic! Would recommend adding additional vendors to the market night as it was minimal for choice of local artists. Also recommended the smoking section be moved from in front of the kids club to the bar area at the beach. Food at the Mobay buffet was great. Also recommend the El dorado & Posieden as must dine at during your visit.

Bajio Dixon and Orlando Are only two of the staff that made the stay enjoyable. Activities going all day. Entertaining guests and making sure everyone is having an amazing time. Chairs fill up fast so get yours early. Plenty of pool for everyone to enjoy. Kids club team is amazing and make the children feel welcome while giving parents a bit of respite during the day. They also let the kids participate in nightly shows (most nights). Very family friendly.

Our stay at the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton was another great vacation at this excellent resort… 7 years and counting!
