Amazing hotel and staff all around, I want to give a special thanks to the valet member YG very friendly and nice dude took care of me and my luggage, and gave us some amazing recommendations to eat at. Thanks YG

I absolutely love the hotel, aside from the friendly staff and the clean rooms my favorite staff member was my valet Yg. Second I arrived and talked to the valet host, Yg came by to take my car and was very professional and even went out of his way to make sure my car was fully warmed up before I use it again every single time. I didn’t think a valet would go out of his way to take care of my car that much 10/10 experience will definitely come back anytime I wanna stay in downtown.

JD not only made the best margarita I had in a while , but was super nice, offered some spots around to check out & overall gave great service! If you come to this hotel bar , ask for JD!
