Second to none service. Food fresh and plentiful

Seven of us stopped in for breakfast. Well, what a great decision. The food was fresh and plentiful The service from Laura and Krista was second to none. They made such a fuss of us, couldn’t do enough for us, so friendly and courteous. They even presented cakes and sang birthday wishes to one of our group whose birthday we were celebrating.
Excellent, mad

Accessible Hotel

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The property itself is beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable and well maintained. Everything felt clean and well organized, which made the stay very relaxing. All of the staff we encountered were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their hospitality really made a positive impression and added to the overall experience. We also tried the Library restaurant, which had decent food and a pleasant atmosphere. It was a nice place to sit down and enjoy a meal. The Club Lounge is also very pretty and well designed. However, when we arrived it was full of flight attendants and pilots, and we weren’t quite sure if there was some sort of private gathering or crew event happening. Because of that, it felt a little awkward for us, so we ended up leaving. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel with great service and comfortable rooms. Aside from that slightly awkward moment at the lounge, we had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back.
Tsunami Hits Nashville – Shayla Made the Trip!

Platinum Elite Approved – Shayla & Kerry Made the Trip! As a Marriott Platinum Elite member and Hyatt Globalist, I travel often and have come to expect a certain standard — including room upgrades when available. I was in Nashville for a guys weekend, and we chose the Sheraton Nashville Downtown primarily for its location. It’s just a few blocks from Broadway’s bars, restaurants, and nightlife, which made it the perfect home base for the weekend. The room itself was exactly what I’d expect from a Sheraton — clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed. No complaints there. The club lounge, however, was a bit underwhelming compared to other Marriott lounges I’ve experienced. It wasn’t bad, just not particularly memorable. But here’s the thing — the crown jewel of this hotel isn’t the rooms or even the location. It’s Shayla and Kerry at the main lobby bar. Hands down, they were the best bartenders we encountered all weekend — and we visited a lot of bars. As i also happen to hold Globalist status with Hyatt, and I jokingly mentioned that I’ve had better stays with Hyatt than Marriott. That’s all Shayla needed to hear. She made it her personal mission to convert me back to Team Marriott. The playful banter, the friendly competition, the jokes — it made the night. She even got us access to the Sky Lounge rooftop for nightcaps, which was a fantastic touch and completely unexpected. That level of service is what separates a good stay from a great one. If you travel a lot, you know — every once in a while, you run into a rock star employee who takes your trip to the next level. Shayla was that person for us. Because of her (and Kerry), I’ll absolutely stay at the Sheraton Nashville Downtown again next time I’m in town. Loyalty programs matter — but great people matter more. 5 stars for service where it counts.
