Allie, who is the bartender is absolutely amazing!! She made my stay at the Sheraton incredible. I came here for my daughter’s dance competition and have been pleasantly surprised; thanks to Allie’s amazing personality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting Nashville. And while you are at the hotel visit the bar and ask for Allie. Tell her Napoleon sent you, :-D

We booked a Capitol View for the Nashville Big Bash Fireworks NYE and when arriving to the room the description was correct (king deluxe view) but no couch or table in room as shown in description. The manager stated it should be there but we settled for just the table. to avoid switching rooms. The first time we used the sink the entire hot handle fell off underneath the sink--had to wait on maintenance to fix this issue, then there was no mini refrigerator in the room. Had to be requested-in a deluxe king capitol view? The refrigerator they brought to our room was a mall portable cube that was very limited on space that looked like it was 50 years old. Then after all of this, the elevator system went out in the parking garage area to the hotel- everyone had to walk to the upper areas to to get to there cars .The headline to this Hotel was "recently renovated" which to us was either this place must have been really bad at one point before this time or this was a misprint. For an upscale hotel in downtown Nashville I would look for another place to stay for the money. he food at the Hotel was good and the staff seemed pretty decent.

JD was the best! Great service ! When I was walking around downtown NASHVILLE, I was trying to figure out where I’d like to have a drink and it looked like the Sheraton was the best place to go . So glad we stopped in -JD took very good care of us! :-)!

Their dedication, flexibility, and calm professionalism made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable.
