The location of Atlantis and staying in the Royal Tower was fantastic! Our room was clean and spacious. The housekeeping and room service staff were amazing. The service was not great for the value. Drinks and food is way overpriced. The staff were friendly and inviting but the service could have been better. The hotel area was kept clean and well-preserved. The variety of pools is amazing and the experiences offered are great. I would not recommend sending your children to Fish Tales. We were disappointed.

Here for conference. Check in process was great- especially P'Dira who was fun and competent and fast. After that strictly downhill. Signage- terrible. Couldn't find our way around and most of the people working here also didn't seem to know where anything is. Food and drinks are WAY overpriced (like $17 for a simple gin and tonic at poolside? ? ? really?) Service is almost non-existent. And maybe worst of all: we haven't had a hot shower the entire trip. The shower water is barely above freezing. Can tolerate being in there for about 70 seconds. Makes us efficient I guess.

Overpriced for the experience. Added 25% to every single item purchased with mandatory gratuity and resort tax. Was not 5 star service by any stretch for the prices we paid.

The worst hotel I've ever been. After 5 pm, the whole hotel is likely closed, except casino and dining places.They just want to earn every penny from you,they dont care what you need or if you can enjoy your vacation

My check in experience with April was amazing. Beautiful smile and kindness come from this young lady. G' Angelo was super nice as well. Thank you both!!
