The resort was great, the staff was so welcoming, accommodating, and loving amidst their challenges. Its centrally located, so we were able to go out an support the community businesses. It's was a much needed getaway for me. I recommend moon palace resort especially for young families.

It was Palace standard of service, from airport pickup, air-conditioned bus ride to the resort, cool face towel to cool you down as you disembark to the 29 C atmosphere at the concierge desk where the concierge team take over your bags for convenient transfer to your room, the cold drink and the rose for ladies, to welcome you to the really vaulted spacious grand reception concourse, it was really exciting arriving at Moon Palace. Then the dozen check-in staff worked cheerful even as they put on your wrist band with a small ID and access disc, a new technology that makes your freedom real going in and out your, and restaurants, etc. The smart - looking staff were courteous, diligent and really helpful. They were gorgeously dressed, in fitting, cute and professionally designed wear with colours changed every other day. The Moon Palace staff fashionable outfiffer is really commendable. The food variety at the Buccaneer Buffet was intimidating yet, deliciously irresistible. The multiple pools, fitness centre, the entertainment hall events, and the uce cream bar were great. Yes, the chapel offered space for meditation, devotion and reflection. So nice. I really look forward to be back before long.
