Nef made amazing food and Sabrina offered the best service. The staff sang happy birthday and made our night one to remember. They even brought up a slice of cake! We definitely recommend this place if you are looking for good service and nice food we will be back!

Moon palace Jamaica The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our 14 days stay Dear Moon Palace Jamaica I wanted to share some feedback regarding my resent stay at your hotel and dinning experience in the restaurants. Overall I had a great stay at your hotel. Stay: The check in process was smooth, staff was friend, offered a welcome cocktail, flower and refreshing towel. My room was clean, spotless and comfortable, view was not great but was not a problem for us. Housekeeping staff did a great job same as a room service. Restaurants: Buccaneers buffet : the ambience was lovely and the staff was extremely polite and friendly, especially a lady Shellisa, she recalled my name all the time, my sitting’s preference and what I like to drink, she’s a star!!! The rest of team is great too like Giovanni, Alicia, Adriana and of course the supervisor. Have you mentioned outstanding service of the Head Chef Neftali, who was monitoring the quality of the food in all restaurants and greeting customers. The food quality was consistency and variety of choices for all people. Restaurants & Bars & shop The pier 8 - service needs improved The gondola - great service and food. Lounge & Piano bar - excellent service. Hotel Shop - poor customer service, attendants are unhelpful. Beach service - great service, Dwayne was the best! Spa - it’s not bad but can be better. Entertainment: every night was great. I appreciate your efforts to making our stay enjoyable and I hope this feedback helps. I’ll be leaving tomorrow and I look forward to visiting Jamaica again
