Worst experience in my entire year end vacations. No respect, no courtesy, very rude, no intent to do any service (almost everyone), not even ready to provide food since they have to go inside to get some as if they are giving for free. Small rooms, no activities, not much beach area. You name it, and this place is trying to reach 1 rating out of 10

Rene who served us on the beach was excellent, always smiling and brought it's all the food and drinks we needed. Tamika from the jerk hut was also amazing and super helpful! She knew everything about the menu and put our minds at ease when helping us with our dietary allergies.
