Great, if you're looking to spend your time at theme parks.

If you're primarily interested in spending time in Disneyland, this hotel is great. It is a very short walk from the front gate to the hotel. It is comfortable room without a lot of amenities. Bed is reasonably comfortable. Breakfast is included, which not delicious, but not bad. We went with another couple, had 2 rooms, and our focus was Disneyland. We had a lot of fun.
Excellent Stay!

We just stayed here a few days ago and overall our experience was great! We had a family of 5(2 teens, 2 adults and a toddler) and booked the 2 Bed Queen Room that also included a pull out sleeper sofa. The room was spacious and clean! It is a motel style facility so keep that in mind if you dont like that style. There is also a laundry room on property that has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers that cost 4 dollars per load. They also don't sell laundry detergent or dryer sheets in the laundry room which was odd so you have to walk to the store in the lobby to purchase. Our stay included a full breakfast which was great and they had grab and go items to take with you to the park! At the end of a long day at Disney the short walk right across the street to our room made all the difference and we couldn't imagine staying at a farther place next time. Would 100% recommend here! Also Cold stone was next door at Park Vue Inn for a late night snack! ??
BEST LOCATION, BUT CRINKLY PLASTIC BED WRAPPING

If you want the most convenient walk to the Disney entrance, choose this hotel. From walking out of the room to entering the Disney bag scanner it was 5 minutes total. If you are a light sleeper, and noises bother you.. then maybe choose somewhere else since the mattress pad sounds like it is made out of plastic and everyone time we turned side to side while sleeping it made crazy crinkling noises. Drove me nutty all night. Vanity sink area is a little dark for my liking. We couldn't get Grandma to the upstairs dining area since there are only stairs and no elevator to access that area so they brought her breakfast to the room instead. Pancakes arrived soggy from the foam containers. Those are my only complaints but location made up for it due to the convenience and location of the hotel to the Disney entrance. Rooms were very clean. We would stay here again if they changed the bed noise, I'm sure others may find it good though.
Great Location, But Very Noisy Rooms

We chose this hotel primarily for its location, and that is truly its main selling point — you can literally walk across the street to Disneyland, which is very convenient, especially with kids. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience fell short. The noise level was a major issue. The walls were extremely thin, and we could hear neighboring guests clearly, including showers, as well as constant noise from the pool area. Despite requesting a quiet room and clearly noting that we were traveling with a 5-year-old, we were placed in a room near the elevator and facing the pool, which made it very difficult to sleep. It also felt like the staff didn’t fully listen to or accommodate our needs, particularly given that we had communicated them in advance. For the price point, the room quality and service did not meet expectations. While the location is excellent, there are other hotels in the area that are still walkable to Disneyland and may offer better soundproofing, room quality, and service, such as the Marriott, Tropicana, or similar nearby properties. Overall, if proximity to Disneyland is your top and only priority, this hotel may work. However, if comfort, quiet, and service matter — especially when traveling with children — it’s worth exploring other nearby options.
Love the location!

Love this location for visiting the Disney Resort! You just exit the hotel and cross at the light and you are entering the Disney property. While cost is higher than I would normally prefer, the free breakfast is excellent including the staff who work it. There is daily housekeeping (which is not always a given anymore), as well. In addition, there were a ton of channels for viewing on the TV, which is also not common anymore. We had a king that included a couch. The sink/countertop was outside the shower/toilet area.
