Loved everything about the hotel, its location, the amenities and the restaurant choices. The spa was fantastic. We look forward to returning on our next trip to Orlando.

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Orlando with our family. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, with spacious rooms that were comfortable for both adults and kids. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful, making us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The location is excellent, close to attractions, restaurants, and shopping, which made getting around Orlando very convenient.

This hotel is great no doubt. Very clean, decor is beautiful, rooms are very nice, and plenty of great amenities such as several on site restaurants, market place, gift shop, pool, fitness centre and spa. Staff were great too. Be wary that all the room doors slam shut. So at night or early morning if you're a light sleeper slamming doors will wake you. They need to change the closing devices so that the door slows down before it shuts. But the biggest problem is the parking which is $38+tax per day for guests. We stayed 7 days and had to pay $283.29 just in parking. This is the same rate for anyone wanting to park in the garage. Parking should be free for guests or at the very least significantly less if you're a paying guest at the hotel.

Not as expected. I paid extra for a balcony to be put on the lowest floor with no view, so we had to ask to transfer rooms. Room and bathroom was clearly not vacuumed, there were dried spill stains on the counter, a cup was left on the balcony from the previous guests with cigarette butts that ended up getting knocked over by the wind, which we had to make sure to inform guest services it was not ours. TV did not work properly and we had to wait 2 days for someone to come fix it. It seemed as though nothing was streamlined—we needed to go out of our way to ask for housekeeping to clean, or ask for a repair, or ask for anything versus things working or things being as they should in the first place. Down at the pool people would place towels on chairs and leave them there for hours to hold their spot. When we spoke to an employee he stated people can hold spots with a towel whenever/however long theyd like. There were families circling the pool waiting to find seats whilst there were more chairs “saved” with towels then there were people sitting. Hot tub was closed half the time. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend, there are plenty of other hotels in the area.

Excellent hotel, very clean, and the staff are extremely friendly. The pool is wonderful, and my son really enjoyed the pool and the water slide.
