Beautiful boutique hotel near Epcot

From being greeted by bell services to checkin process the stay was amazing. We enjoyed 1 week in a corner suite with fireworks view. The room was very clean, huge, and was full of everything necessary to enjoy your stay. Comfortable living room area 3 huge TV’s a giant dining room table, charger ports everywhere, fridge, Keurig, separate toilet with shower room with sinks in both. Extra large bedroom with very comfortable bed and temperate controls in every area robes to lounge in. Room service was had on multiple occasions and was delicious and arrived very fast. They have an onsite cafe where you can get cold brew, espresso drinks and chai. They have some ice cream options, candy, and bakery items. We didn’t do the pool, but it looked great. Wish they had an onsite laundry room, but they did have a very fast shuttle service to the other building with laundry which was massive and more food options. I highly recommend this hotel, the staff, the amenities, and convenience are top notch. My son is still talking about the “swan pastina”.
Excellent Disney Resort

Swan Reserve is an excellent Disney resort that is within a 15min walk of both Epcot and Hollywood Studios. It's enough out of the way so you can get some relaxation, but still get to Swan/Dolphin and the parks easily. The best part of this hotel is the service the staff provides. We had a family emergency and they were incredibly accommodating to our changing plans. That alone will make me continue to come back to this resort. The rooms were also super clean and the Greek restaurant was excellent. A bit pricey, but I guess that's Disney! Thanks again to a great hotel staff and stay. We will be back!
Great Experience

Just a fantastic place. The bar off the lobby was excellent with great food and service. The Amare in the hotel was also fantastic. And the room was also outstanding. We saw the fireworks every night. Also the location is great to walk to Epcot or Hollywood studios or take the boat. We look forward to staying there again.
My Top 3 Hotels in 2025

I travel 90 days a year. That’s 90 hotel nights. As a business traveler I often dread coming to Orlando because it always feels like chaos and while I love children, it’s overwhelming when you are on your 20th business trip of the year. That said, the Disney Swan RESERVE is easily my top 3 if not 1 for my travels this year. From the incredibly supportive and efficient Elijah at the front desk to the super friendly housekeeping staff that delivers on any special requests to the folks in the coffee shop making my matcha latte… everyone is proudly there to help. The rooms are immaculately clean. This is critical for someone like me who has a severe dust mite allergy. The robes, slippers and extra fluffy towels make for a cozy way to relax after a long day of business meetings. I looked forward to coming back to my room like it was home. Best of all, I watched the Disney fireworks from bed every night. I couldn’t ask for a more pleasant stay. It was a great respite after a year’s worth of business travel. They made every experience stress free. I will always stay here when I travel back to Orlando. If I have only one complaint, it would be the distance of walk to the Dolphin Hotel convention area. It rained one day and it was a long walk outside back to the hotel. Not to mention crossing multiple lanes of traffic to get to the other property. But in truth that was a minor inconvenience against all the other amazing positives.
A string of mediocre Marriott stays continues
Ramsey J (Washington DC, District of Columbia) on Oct 22, 2025
I rarely write reviews, and I usually do so for mostly positive stays. I have had a string of mediocre experiences at Marriott properties recently, and this continues that trend. My two biggest concerns are the pillows, which needs to be addressed since I'm now seeing on multiple review sites that many people comment about the horrible pillows. I think maybe they are using larger pillows into smaller pillow cases causing the pillows to be incredibly uncomfortable-- I'm still dealing with neck pain 4 days after checkout. My other autograph collection hotels have had excellent pillows, but not this one. My second issue is with an erroneous $35 extra person fee added to my booking X 3 nights + taxes/fees. Our booking was made directly with Marriott for 2 adults and 1 child and that's exactly the number we had in the room. The front desk agent told me that this is an issue for people put in rooms with two queen beds since technically 4 people can stay in the room and is often added manually by the reservations team even if they don't have 4 people in the room. What a bizarre approach. I booked for 2 adults and 1 child and should not be charged extra because the room holds 4 people. We did not have an extra person in the room. I was told it was removed from the bill. A few days after I returned, a pending charge turned into a permanent charge on my credit card and it included the extra person fees. You can't get someone on the phone to fix this, rather you're instructed to fill out an online form and wait for a response. And I can't complain too much about the $50/night + taxes resort fee since that was clearly disclosed at time of booking, but you certainly won't get any real benefits from it. Just add it to the advertised hotel rate since no one is extracting any value out of it. Otherwise, it feels like a silly money grab.
