Very well located for the freeway and Palm Springs. Clean room, spacious comfortable bed, decent self serve breakfast. The reason for the 1 star was the mechanical equipment directly outside our bedroom window (room 324) it was that loud it may have well been sat at the end of the bed, I was offered an assistance room which I did decline so the hotel did try and help the only other alternative was to wait around the hotel all day for a room to become available and that was not an option.

Convenient location, close to the Palm Springs Airport, Gulf Course. The breakfast team:Carmen,Erica and Norma are great. Angel and Kari at the FD always ready to assist. Maggie the Housekeeping Supervisor is great as well. The room exactly we expected. I use again when go back at Palms next year

I only stayed here one night to be near the airport for an early morning flight. I absolutely would stay here again - if in the area, though. The man at the front desk upgraded me to a room with a better view. The view was sooo much nicer here than in La Quinta where I'd been all week! The airport was just three miles away. You could see the control tower on the other side of the golf course. You can also watch the sunset - which was a relaxing way to finish up this trip. The room itself was clean and well appointed. Comfy bed. It had a full kitchen, king bed, desk and couch and everything was in working order. GrubHub delivers. So, that was super convenient, too! Easy drive to the airport. The only caution there is the TSA doesn't open until 4:15, so don't head to the airport too early.

Overall this hotel is fine. It's a pretty good choice if travelling with your dog because of the fenced dog area. The breakfast was also good. Lots of variety and there were some vegan and gluten-free choices (chia pudding). We did experience service problems that would make me hesitant about staying here again. About two hours after we checked-in, my spouse and I were in our room when suddenly the hotel room door flung open. It was someone from housekeeping (I think a manager). She didn't knock, she just opened the door with her card key. All she said when she saw us was "everything ok with your room"? I guess she didn't know what to say in such an uncomfortable situation. I was extremely irritated by this. The other problem we faced was the banging from the upper floor starting around 5am on a Sunday. I'm not sure what the guest was doing. It took a couple of hours before it stopped. If you are going to stay here, try and get a room on the top floor. Service from staff was fine for the most part. Being Hilton Gold was not really a benefit at this hotel. I think we just had some bad luck with our stay but it's a decent enough hotel. In the evenings, the lobby was quite lively. There seemed to be a lot of large family groups. The grounds are also nice and there is a lovely fire pit.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this unassuming hotel close to Palm Springs! Although the rooms are a little dated, they were clean and well-furnished. Very nice pool area. The staff was unfailingly nice and helpful. I saw them gracefully handle an irascible older guy (NOT ME!) who was complaining about his Honors points or something. Free breakfast was nice. Definitely would come back!
