Our experience at Homewood suites was mixed. The positives were the location, nice pool, decent size updated room, and large bright lobby. Negatives were no USP ports in lobby or room, limited TV variety with almost no sports venues like tennis, golf etc., pool towels left something to be desired and breakfast buffet was just okay. A big disappointed was as follows. A brand new piece of clothing was left in the closet which was brought to the front desk attention immediately. I was referred to a website to address the left item only to be told via email that it was not there. Very disappointed in the staff that this item would go missing, even after leaving a tip for the cleaning staff each time when the room was to be cleaned. Will not go back.

I booked this hotel for business travel seven months in advance. No digital key or advanced check in offered and none of my Honors preferences were considered. I had noise concerns with proximity to elevator/ ice machine and pool. My room was outdated with a broken bathroom sink patch job and rusty clogged shower drain. The carpet is splitting at the seams where it joins the bathroom. I was supposed to get a room with Mountain View, instead my only view was palm trees from the second floor. After requesting a new room, Staff at front desk said they would work something out and never got back with me. No sense of urgency or care from the front desk. I am here all week, but will recommend my company not list this location as a preferred hotel.

Great experience in most everything. Clean, friendly staff, wonderful salt water pool, fantastic brekfast. Many of the "regular" customers stay for weeks or more and visit around the fire pit at night. There could be a few more loung chairs around the pool.

Excellent stay. Quiet, residential location. Friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Book a Mountain View room for a spectacular, sunset view of San Jacinto Mountain, Cimarron Golf Course and the airport.

We had a 2-bedroom suite which was spacious and comfortable. The mattresses were comfortable and the staff were really nice and helpful. We had great service and interaction especially with the operations manager "Li Li" and "Angel." Overall, the hotel was very clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.
