1/5 I would not recommend them. Wedding nightmare. Cynthia wedding coordinator does not communicate with guest and strings you along. You are trapped at their mercy with large bill charges that are different when you arrive. You have no other option or be homeless. Over charged us by 1300 USD. Did not resolve charges, and promised to resolve before when we left and And was fixed. would be fixed. This Did not happen and currently fighting with them. Cynthia coordinator avoids you! They take advantage of us citizen travelers. DO NOT HAVE Your wedding HERE! Your guest get taken advantage with deceptive pricing. And do not deal with Cynthia. Management avoids you as well.

10 out of 10. Beautiful resort. Friendly staff. Antonio and Ricardo at the pool were amazing. The rooms were gorgeous and spacious. Food was delish at every meal.

Pool service at south tower was incredible. They are always there for you but not hovering. Love the coconut shrimp, popcorn shrimp, food is delicious and drinks are on point…any beer and you can think of. His hotel is luxury. Thank you

We went back to Mousai again and it was lovely. The property and the rooms are getting older, but the staff is still exceptional. Omar at the pool was fantastic. Our butler, Diego Mora, was the best we've had at Mousai. We also got a chance to try Misika before it opened and it was excellent. Javier was a wonderful server and the whole team (Cristo, Carlso, Kevin, Miguel, Yan, Yesenia, and Edson) made for an excellent lunch! We will definitely book dinner here when we go back. But, Dao remains our favorite and we were lucky to have Alberto as our server twice. He's fantastic!

Amazing experience! The rooms were clean, and had nifty features to mame the stay more pleasurable. The rooftop pool was, bar none, the most fun i've had in awhile. Great vibes! King Riccardo, Queen Michaela, Miriam, Ernesto, and the whole adult bar crew were fantastic. All of them provided impeccable service and had great attention to detail. It was largely a quiet experience, with not a ton of noise outside of people enjoying themselves around the property. Being located embedded into the nearby mountain wilderness, you could regularly see parrots and other wildlife, along with breathtaking views of the Whales in the bay. This was my first time on property, but ill be back without a doubt! Highly recommend.
