Frequent guests in Joia Bavaro by Iberostar. Due to perfect location, ocean, beach, also due to famikiar all staff, perfect food and beverages offer we spent our repeated holidays , every time 3 weeks in ocean front room with wonderful view to ocean and beach as well. This November 2025 , even after Melissa huricane was perfect. The level of cleaning processes is super.

We had an excellent trip. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and full of good food. There are plenty of activities throughout the day to immerse in. I also really like the Iberostar app which includes a map and hours for every store/restaurant. We were able to have dinner at 4 of the 5 restaurants on the property and they were all delicious. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, Bienvenido welcomed my girlfriend and I, and gave us a great tour of the resort. He was always there to answer any questions we had and was extremely pleasant to communicate with!

This place is amazing. All of the staff is absolutely wonderful! Our butlers Junior and Victor were so attentive and helpful throughout the entire trip! Highly recommend coming here!

The hotel was fantastic and our butlers victor and junior were equally fantastic. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

November 2025 Our stay was truly wonderful. The resort has a calm, soothing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind from the moment we arrived. Every meal we had was impressive — consistently delicious, well-prepared, and far better than what you’d normally expect from an all-inclusive. We also want to recognize our concierge, Bienvenido, who completely elevated our trip. His kindness, attention to detail, and genuine effort to make sure we were comfortable made all the difference. Exceptional service all around. Would highly recommend to anyone searching for a peaceful retreat with great food, beautiful surroundings, and staff who really care! ?????
